Excellent servive by David, checked my camper-van out thoroughly, he provided a really useful description of my electrical and gas installations, would strongly recommend sp much so I've booked gor a visit next year.

All good, turned up on time and carried out Habcheck efficiently, very informative and explained all. Booked for next check next year.

Hab Check went well, good communication after by engineer - just didn't get the report through straight away as e-mail address was incorrect! Maybe check these details with customer when onboarding?

We paid for a pre purchase inspection for piece of mind, I spoke to the engineer before and stipulated that there are issues with 2nd skylight and habitation lighting. Once "Rove Motorhomes Gunthorpe" had completed pre sale works the inspection was carried out.
We collected the knaus sun ti platinum signature 650. After a couple of days trying to work the complex lighting system we realised that there's major issues and some of the circuits ie LED surround around the 2nd sky light has been disconnected . The other lighting doesn't operate as it should, light above the hob has been removed leaving holes and wires just cut off and left
Having had the Knaus less then a week we take it out, driving down the M5 the wind noise was so loud couldn't hear the sat nav. On arrival we set up - then, going through the manual trying to operate the lights we noticed the roof lining around the 2nd skylight was coming away badly.
The pop up tv works, but no channels as sky dish doesn't go up

Floor creeks and has got worse, lifted access floor panel as has a double floor and a piece of 12mm ply has been wedged in to try and eliminate.
On collection the radio couldn't pick up any channels so they fitted a digital aerial, radio is off more then on as constantly struggles finding stations.
Wastes on the basin in the toilet and sink in the kitchen drain unbareably slowly.
Prior to having the inspection I called Habcheck I asked what report I'd receive and was told a detailed report including meter reading for damp. All I got was a tick box sheet , no damp readings and nothing detailed.

Very efficient service, and a very detailed report was given. Will continue to use Habcheck in the future and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a Habcheck carried out.

Everyone you speak to at Habcheck is polite, friendly and helpful. Gary has serviced our caravan for us twice and we one hundred percent trust him to ensure our caravan is safe for us to use. He also gives us so much helpful advice, and he is just a genuinely nice guy.

Gary the engineer that completed the caravan Habcheck did a great job. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing. He answered any questions that I asked regarding the caravan.

I went on their website to see how much the service costs. You cannot see any information until you enter your personal details. Once I saw the price (and realised it was very expensive!) I took it no further.

I am now being hounded by telephone calls and messages! Not just a single simple courtesy call (which would, in my view, be bad enough) but day after day!

So, after forcibly taking personal details, they then use that without any form of informed consent. I do wonder whether they also sell the details on as well.

So, in summary, if you visit their website, please don't leave your true contact details unless you want this sort of response.

Staff extremely helpful when arranging for habitation check or trying to resolve issues with van. Engineer who undertook inspection very helpful and did excellent job. Replaced damaged pump and couldn't have been more helpful with any queries i had

HabCheck were extremely efficient in all aspects of their service. Gary, the inspection engineer, was very thorough and kept me updated before, during and after the inspection. The full written report, pictures and videos were received within a couple of hours.
I would recommend, without hesitation, HabCheck to anyone considering purchasing a Motorhome and I shall certainly use them again.
