I was so excited to find Habbio and I wasn't disappointed. Gorgeous well made sofa...and best of all eco friendly and made in the UK! Great customer service from start to finish, I couldn't believe how fast it arrived. I ordered online without seeing the sofa in store so I was a bit nervous, but I had no need to be. Will be back to order my second sofa in the new year!

Absolutely gorgeous sofas! We took a chance and ordered online without testing out the sofas first but we were very pleased with our choice. The quality is excellent, and the guidance given to us on the phone by the team helped us make the correct choice. The sofa was delivered and assembled on time and by a very helpful delivery person. We love the fact we can add another section to the sofa if we require in the future. And the fact that the Habbio range is sustainable and ethically made is the best part.

arrived on time ,unpacked and assembled our sofa and left within 30 minutes, he was friendly professional and efficient. He was very reassuring about a small mark on one arm.he took a picture in case but it came straight off with a damp cloth.so far we are very happy with our purchase and the comfort level. Thank you!

Our experience dealing with Habbio has been fantastic from the point of placing our order until delivery. As others have said the members of the Habbio team are very friendly and helpful, communication is excellent, the delivery was within the time frame that was given and Gordon (the driver) could not have been more friendly, or knowledgeable about the product - following delivery Gordon removed all of the packaging for recycling. We have the HBO4 small corner unit in Pumkin colour and it’s absolutely stunning, super comfortable and exceeds our expectations, it took our greyhounds 5 minutes to investigate our new furniture and they now seemed to have claimed it! High on our list when looking for a new settee was a vegan friendly dog ‘proof’ sofa and this is perfect. We’re delighted to support a small ethical company and we wish Habbio every success for the future. Thank you.

Order process was seem less, very friendly team called to booked delivery (a real person not a text message 👍) was delivered within the 10 day promise and the delivery team were really nice. Clearly took pride in it and wanted the customer to be happy - would 100% recommend 🤩

Great customer service in the purchase of our new sofa.

The sofas ordered on the 4th November arrived on 15th. We received updates from customer services. The driver carefully fitted them together and placed them in position. We are pleased with the look of them. It’s great that the cushions can be turned regularly to minimise wear. The seats are quite firm which we don’t mind, so expecting the cushions to keep their shape for a long while. Overall they look great in our room, especially with some bright new cushions.

Much more than just a sofa, our Medium HB04 corner feels like a positive lifestyle choice, with plenty of space for the whole family to sit and relax. The real enjoyment is knowing that your beautiful, sustainable sofa has been crafted by people in the UK with real names and passion. This was exemplified by our meticulous delivery driver who was also inspection and quality control, he enlightened us to some of the beautiful design features, that his wife, a seamstress had suggested during the design of the HB4 sofa. Without gushing too much it's fair to say that the sofa has transformed our house into an enjoyable family home. Thank you to everyone at Habbio.

I think part of this successful business is because they keep everything in-house! Also that it’s crafted in this country. Eco furniture is the way forward…

Ordered my sofa on the 19th October and it arrived today (would have arrived earlier but I was not in to be able to receive it)

It’s absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, easily put together and we are already discussing extending it.

We have been kept well up to date, driver was very friendly and happy to cater to what we asked.

Ordered two more scatter cushions to go with my pumpkin sofas. Love the recycled material. Received them yesterday. Still loving the sofas but two cushions are not enough for two sofas! Got them in the same colour and they look really nice.

An amazing experience form start to finish. We were a little apprehensive spending so much on a sofa that we hadn’t been able to see in the flesh first. But we need not have been worried. It’s absolutely perfect. Really well made, comfortable, no horrible toxic smells and looks great too. The customer service was also fantastic, the team were all so helpful and friendly. Great company with great ethics and we couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We were initially attracted to Habbio for their ethical approach and flexibility of sofa configurations, but have had an all round positive experience from start to finish. We wanted a corner sofa without arms and Habbio were happy to create a custom order for us based on HB04. Communications were great and delivery was bang on time and included setting the sofa up and removing all the packaging. The sofa is super comfortable and we’re delighted with the mustard yellow eco velvet fabric.

I found Habbio because I'd read some very worrying things about nasty chemicals used in flame retardants and stain-resistant coatings, and I wanted to avoid them. Habbio don't use stain resistant coatings, and their flame-retardant is fruit-based. This was the main reason I chose Habbio, but it was a big bonus that the sofas are made in the UK from recycled materials. Oh, and they look great, too, with the mid-century aesthetic I was after. I went for the pickle green, which looks a bit more like a grass green in bright sunlight, and more olive in dimmer or artificial light. The sofa seems well-made and is on the firm side. Habbio delivered it themselves, built it for me and took away the packaging - all free of charge. I'm delighted with the experience, and it gives my peace of mind to know that my kids aren't sitting on a load of toxic chemicals.

Bought the footstool to match the already purchased sofa. Again the customer service was excellent and very straightforward. Delivery was on time and the friendly driver assembled the stool and removed all packaging. Very satisfied and only a shame I don’t need anymore furniture!
