The ethics behind Habbio really appealed (even though we’re not vegans) so we went to the showroom near Nottingham to take a look. I was reluctant to buy a sofa without having sat on it first! The lovely Conrad talked us through our options. We agreed that comfort is subjective and I asked if our order could have sprung seat cushions rather than the normal foam (?) ones, and paid a bit extra for that. We bought a velvet HB02 three seater sofa and armchair. All aspects of customer service, communication and delivery were excellent. I cannot fault their professionalism, knowledge and products. That purchase was over a year ago. I have been meaning to write a review for a while now (I never write reviews!) as I have been really impressed with the furniture. The sprung cushions are great and it’s comfortable, durable and looks good. Occasionally, guests have slept on it as it’s long enough and deep enough if you remove the back cushions. The velvet fabric is soft yet doesn't leave as much of an 'imprint' of the backsides which have sat on it as other velvet furniture I have seen and used. Just saying! Also, it’s made in Britain so doesn’t come from Brazil (unlike some sofa companies we’ve bought from previously-where are they sourcing their wood?!). I would definitely 100% recommend them. I would also suggest that they advertise sprung cushions as an option for those who’d prefer that.

Fantastic service. Not left guessing / chasing up / hoping at all. Everything happened exactly when and how they said it would - oh and the sofa looks great too.

Brilliant sofa and cushions. Brilliant delivery process including set up and removal of packaging. Brilliant communication. And no smell / offgassing due to no toxic chemicals being used. And all at a much better price point / available much sooner then anything else I could find online. We are all so very happy with it and would thoroughly recommend buying from Habbio. Just the most beautiful sofa, so thrilled with it! I think our delivery driver was called Daniel and he was lovely, built the sofa for us in minutes. The communication prior to delivery was spot on and I'm just delighted. I've wanted an orange velvet sofa for years and to finally have one that is so comfy, eco friendly and all made in the UK it just the icing on the cake.

I rarely write reviews but I've had such a brilliant experience with this company and now have an amazing sofa right in time for the colder weather. Having been on the hunt for a sustainable sofa that would be modular enough to fit through our small corridors, I was very pleased to come across Habbio. Customer service has been absolutely brilliant, helping me change an order very seamlessly and giving me all the information I needed in a timely manner. Planning the delivery was very smooth and Daniel the very kind delivery driver turned up exactly on time and was extremely careful with getting the sofa pieces into my flat which was quite a long way from the van. Following a very smooth set up, Daniel kindly removed all the minimal packaging and I finally got to try the sofa... And boy was I pleased! I got the HB04 with a footstool and it fits perfectly in our small flat - the texture and look of the fabric is much nicer in real life. The sofa is also perfect for me as I like a firmer base but along with the pillows I also bought from them, it is so comfortable for me. I'm so very happy that I came across Habbio - would highly recommend this company!

i ordered a few free fabric samples . they arrived quickly and i also received a little book of their reviews which is so cute and a little chocolate bar . all recycled fabric is so soft and well made i would recommend

I took a long time deciding on a sofa as I wanted one that was more environmentally-friendly, with no animal products in it, that would fit through my narrow Victorian hallway. I found Habbio's sofas fitted the bill at what I consider a very reasonable price. After receiving my fabric samples, the online ordering was simple, the delivery date confirmed within weeks, and the delivery on time. It took about 10 minutes for the friendly and attentive delivery person to put together the sofa. I'm super happy with my sofa, which I've found very comfortable. All in all, a very good experience.

We contacted the firm both online and over the phone. The online respond time was excellent and so was the follow up. Customer service over the phone was also good and very informative and helpful. As we progressed to the ordering team it felt we were not kept informed as much as we had hoped. Order turned up on time and went smoothly. Product is as we expected. We purchased the small 2-seater chaise sofa. We like the design, the fabric and colour. It is small, fitting into our very little home very well but feels roomy and spacious when sitting on. The sofa provides good support and we like the sewing choice that has a homemade feel. We were aware the covers on the sofa is not removable for washing but we love this design and so made the purchase. We then end up putting blankets / a throw over it to protect from dirt / spillage.

I ordered a double sofa bed sight-unseen from Canada (for delivery in Bradford, UK). I was a little nervous about doing so, but the reps at the company put me at ease with several pleasant conversations. They also accommodated my request for a later delivery time; the delivery man was super friendly, and he was in and out (after setting it up and taking the time to explain if thoroughly) in 20 minutes—taking all the packaging with him. I could not be more pleased with the quality, the customer service, and the peace of mind. So far, we are loving our choice—no regrets!

Got the swatches quickly, the website is easily navigable and now we'll see!

Selected the fabric, purchased the sofa and when it arrived we were thrilled! Everyone who comes into our redecorated living room is impressed.

I have had my HB02 three seater sofa for over two years now and it still looks in excellent condition. The velvet fabric takes a quick vacuum to freshen up and rotating the cushions when I can remember, has kept it in great shape. When it was delivered, the gentleman assembled it for me and removed all the cardboard. We are moving house soon into a property that won't suit the mustard velvet, calling up Habbio and asking about replacing the covers couldn't have been easier. I also am not worried about moving it out of the house, into a moving van, and into a new place because the ease of taking it apart and getting it through doors takes away the stress. This is a sofa that will last and grow with our needs, built on sustainability and fairness, and has genuinely held its own over the past few years; you can't ask for anything more.

The back cushions don't provide a lot of back support; the arm rests are not great for arm support or leaning against. The seating cushion started to look frumpled within the first week of usage and it makes the sofa look well-used and somewhat disorderly even though it's brand new. The only positive is that the velvet fabric is soft and a nice colour. But a sofa is for sitting and relaxing on, and it doesn't do the job. I really wish that I had bought a different sofa.

An excellent company with great sofa's, customer services and ethos! Daniel and Sharon went above and beyond to find a solution to our delivery requests and Habbio were the perfect solution for getting a sofa up a spiral staircase. Really comfy and they look great!

The ordering of my sofa was straightforward from the website and I have been given a delivery date of around three weeks - excellent.

Habbio have been very personal, friendly and responsive in their service. The organisation of delivery was easy, and on the day Sharon kept me informed of timings, which helped a lot. Daniel, who delivered the sofas, was very helpful and assembled them for us straight away. They are definitely quick to assemble! Gorgeous to look at too, the midnight blue colour even better in real life.
