Very bad, not organised they dont care about client health just thinking about money. When we sent them for cancellation they start to take miney from the credit card without permition.

They don’t respect their members, and they don’t have good employees, we pay for nothing, while we had our subscription they didn’t allow my kids to enter since they “didn’t pay” turns out their system was down and were saying it was my kids Apple Pay clearly not working, we entered the link and it was extremely complicated, “precisely” over priced for bad service, I won’t recommend this gym for kids or for people looking for great service/machines.

Despite providing documentation proving I left my job over a month ago, they are still withdrawing money from my card. They don't care that I live more than 30km away. They offer absolutely no help. This is nothing short of fraud. I would never recommend them.

I need to bring a serious issue to your attention. I was a member of your gym in 2020 for four months, but only attended for one month. After that, I relocated to Ajman, while the gym was in Sharjah. I provided all the necessary proof of my move at that time.
Now, three years later, I am being harassed by a staff member named Aman, who is threatening me to pay 952 AED. Despite never using the gym after my relocation, he is speaking to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, even suggesting I borrow money from relatives. I have all WhatsApp chats saved as proof.
Additionally, a few days ago, another staff member (an Arab gentleman) contacted me and offered to settle the matter for 500 AED with three months of access. I asked Aman about it today, and he first denied knowing anything about this offer. After I insisted on a recording I have, he refused to check it and again demanded I pay either 952 AED or 850 AED. He then went so far as to threaten me with legal action and a lawsuit.
This is causing me a lot of distress, and I am being unfairly pressured. I kindly request that a senior, authorized person review my case and contact me immediately to resolve this. I have all evidence ready.

It’s a great gym and I genuinely enjoy working out there. The staff are very friendly and most of the equipment is good, but there are a few issues I hope can be addressed:
1. Stricter rules for members to store their belongings bags, jackets, etc in designated areas instead of leaving them on equipment while they’re working out elsewhere. I understand this comes down to civic sense, but clearer enforcement from staff would really help.
For example I wanted to use a machine and there is a jacket hanging on it and no one around, I stopped there for like a minute and no one turns up. I picked it up and moved it to another spot. Suddenly this man comes with a furious look on his face and tells me I should have asked him before moving his jacket. I was like how am I suppose to know its your jacket and you are 20 feet away doing something else. So for such people specially they need to guide them how to use the gym and keep belongings with them or store in a locker.
2. Many people don’t re-rack dumbbells in the correct spots, which makes it frustrating and time-consuming to find the right pair during busy hours. This is another area where stricter rules could improve the experience.
3. The app isn’t very reliable. It often doesn’t work efficiently, and I’m frequently advised to uninstall and reinstall it for check-ins, sometimes almost every week.

Very difficult to cancel the subscription. Think many times before you subscribe. They even increase without notice. I request cancellation because i shifted to a new place but still you would consider that your new place is more than 30kms from any of their branches for them to consider your request. So if you dont like their services you have no choice but pay and pay till you can. I will tell my friends to avoid this gym. They are like scamming people and forced them to stay even if they don’t like it anymore. Cancellation details are not even mentioned in the enrollment phase. You just get to know it later.

The worst employees are working in this branch. They are friendly when it comes to other matters but as soon as you mention return or cancel they are going to throw offers at you or claim that you didn't give 30 day notice. My personal experience with the staff is not good at all. Especially the accountant saleh and sarim or saleem whatever his name is. They are literally gonna start barking at you if you ask questions about the cancellation or refund. I gave notice to them on 14 January about my membership cancellation which was ending on 14th February and on 10th February I tried to cancel it but saleh was in the hospital for surgery and I had to cancel my membership on 15th Feb. They deducted next month fees and saleh is refusing to refund the amount claiming I didn't give notice. After another employee showed him the proof his tone changed and he got aggressive as if these guys aren't trained to deal with customers. Also my membership automatically changed to flexible few days before the contract was about to end Saleh said there's no such thing in khobar branch and you should have given 30 day notice. Higher ups! At least hire someone who knows how to do their job and how to talk to others respectfully. I will advise others to get membership from different gym and just know that cancellation policy is bs. You can't cancel unless you're moving from the country / 30 km distance from gym or have been diagnosed with medical condition and in most cases they're gonna keep charging you for few more months instead of cancelling your membership.

Overall, GymNation is a good gym. The equipment is well maintained, and most of the coaches are professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The variety of machines and training areas makes it a good place to work out.
However, recently there have been some issues that need improvement. The cleaning standards are not as good as before.
The worst issue was the increase in payment without informing the agent or giving clear notice. This led to an unsafe and uncomfortable payment situation, which is unacceptable and should be handled more transparently.
GymNation has strong potential, but these issues need to be addressed to maintain trust and a good experience for members.

Gymnation is running a clear scam operation. Their sales team lies to get your signature, promising easy cancellations they never intend to honor. When you later submit valid cancellation documents as per their contract, they completely ignore them. Instead, they deploy aggressive debt collectors to harass and threaten you. This is their standard business model: deceive, trap, then intimidate. An utterly fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.

Lots of equipment. 24/7 open. The entire gym is extremely well-maintained—from the changing rooms to the machines. I appreciate how clean everything always is, even late at night. The modern layout and lighting make it feel premium. Very impressed with the overall atmosphere

Who the hell reads the terms and conditions, why don’t they make it clear before signing up , where they should NOT write it in the terms and conditions , instead something else that actually is readable , also terrible customer service , these guys don’t even know what they are talking about , terrible gym equipment too , they got the worst company for their equipment , also they don’t even bother actually replying normally to your review instead they just copy paste a script everytime , actual slops and hunters , greed is spilling out of their ears , like seriously who is going to pay 18k for the pt 😂
