i made an order from their site and a replica came covered in dust and the package was a huge hole like something hit the replica's box(which it was inside another box!)Also i ordered 2 jefftrons and 1 was working properly and the other was not working and i sent them email.First they said that i have to complete the complaint list and i found out that they dont serve my country,so i reached them and asked for help.They assured me that they arranged somebody to come and take the package from my house(that man never came)and they asked me to arrange the shipment and they will refund me the money after they receive the package and if the specialized department says that indeed it was not fuctional from the beginning,only then the will cover the shipment cost(which first said that would be free of charged)!Find other sites to order good if you want them to work and be 100% secured!

They agreed to refund me the money for that not working mosfet without returning it,so I really appreciate it and that shows that they understand the frustration!Special thanks to Agnieszka Kamińska and her supervisor.

If you are doubting whether or not to buy something from this site, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. In fact this shop has exceeded my expectations, mainly with their costumer service. I received my gun and green gas, just didn't receive gloves, that were supposed to be as a gift, for reaching amout of sum.
Overall the delivery was fast, package in great condiciot, just disappointed, that I didint't received the gloves that were promited as gift.

The shipping speed, the packaging, and the airsoft replicas were all perfect. The courier company (UPS) caused me a lot of trouble during the first return attempt, mainly because they were unable to send back to the store a package that I had just received from them.

Good luck with the courier service, but I highly recommend the store without hesitation.

Only flaw is that the product info on the website is a bit vague, but i didn't ask more questions about certain products so 5 stars remains.
Although some info should be specified without asking for.
ie. If a peq box has a non standard jack for a pressure switch.

I placed 2 orders, both high value. The shop offered me a gun and a backpack as a gift, but i did not received a single one. I ordered an outlet gun, that arrived in relatively fine condition. But i also ordered two new guns, that are both arrived in terrible condition. Both of the guns cardboard box was punctured, may be shot trough. The guns themselfs were dirty, full a scatches, several parts were missing. I had a very bad experience, i regret ordering from here.

So far positive experience, I ordered to Slovenia, I think it took like 2-3 days. Use promo codes to get stuff cheaper if possible !
