I give this company 1 star because that’s the lowest option possible but if I could give less I would. I ordered a hat for my husbands birthday and it took almost a month to receive it. I am currently trying to return it because it took way too long to receive it and I can’t get ANY response from their customer service department. At this point I’m just going to mail the darn thing back and fight with my credit card company for a refund. Save yourself the heartache and steer clear of this fraudulent company.

I ordered a Christmas sweater early December last year. Three and a half months later it still hasn't arrived. They said the address I provided does not exist, even though they had been there before for an order in November 2025. I asked them if they could try sending it again and they said they would once the item returned to their warehouse in 7-14 days. That was over a month ago. Heard nothing from them since. No reply to my latest e-mail.

I suspect GullPrint is the same company as Hooktab, which is also not reliable.

UPDATE: about a week ago, the product finally arrived. Therefor I changed the rating.

I've been waiting over a month for my item.They took my money ASAP, and I have not heard anything yet. I did some research on this company and found the Bouldr Colorado address is fake. They are based out of China, and nobody there has the ball to answer for anything.

This product is not what I expected from the website photo and description, it is cheap quality. The fabric is see through ???
It took way too long to deliver product when it said 3-5 days. I’m not happy at all. You get an F grade from me.

Never received what I ordered. They do not respond to emails and have no listed phone #. Stay away.

I ordered a sweatshirt. Never arrived. No refund offered. Simply said their records show was delivered but no photo to prove. I should have known not to order from scam company on social media. Lesson learned

I actually give this compamy zero stars. I placed an order for a Christmas present. Due to an error in the zip code, the package was returned to sender, which was verified by the post office. They are refusing to refund my money, which they received in early November. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!

BEWARE!!!! The website shows a store address in Boulder Colorado however tracking shows it coming from China! That is so deceptive!!! Contacting customer service is futile as well! The tracking shows my item has not moved from its location in days! This is so wrong! It should be against the law for a company to not disclose where items are being shipped from. I ordered this on December 30th, it is now January 17th and still no sign of my item!!! 🤬

This company is a scam based out of communist China... No Surprise there... If the clothing ever arrives it will likely be poor quality due to the fact that it was made by little slave children. Do not order in a pinch. Do not order when you've got all the time in the world. Do not order at all. Yet another reason not to trust China.

Not sure about the actual product because I haven't seen it yet. 21 days I've been waiting. The tracking is horrible and I wouldn't even recommend starting until after 3 weeks. No number to reach anyone and the "Contact Us" link just brings you to their inventory screen again. Absolute trash.

Buyers beware. This company represents themselves as being out of Colorado but they are overseas which I found out after ordering. They represented on their website that if I ordered by a specific date, my order would be here for Christma. I ordered before the deadline and a few days later was sent a tracking number for a shipper out of China with no ETA. When asked, I was told it would take a couple of weeks. Thry offer no phone number and you also have to wait a few days for a reply. They refused to refund since they claim they "shipped on time."If I could do negative Stars, I would.

Horrible products. Will not give me a refund so now I have to dispute the $161 with my credit card company. I ordered 3 sets of womans cruise theme pajammas for an upcoming cruise and the shorts are mens fit, long. The customer service is bad and I would not recommend this company for anything. They will not let me return them for a refund

Ordered a gift for my child. Shows guaranteed Christmas delivery I ordered a week prior to that. They emailed saying the sizes on the website aren’t correct anymore to change the size. I responded immediately with new size. A week goes by no update I email for update and timing. Tell me that it for sure won’t be here in time. On their website the day of the email you can order it in time.
