Feel you get the brush off. REVIEW updated. RATING increased

Ordered a mug mid December 2025. Received the wrong mug. First they say they will send a replacement. A month later they say they sent the correct mug even though I provided evidence they didnt. Now they are sending a replacement. Still waiting for it. Very poor service and difficult to get any resolution.
Only fair to update my review. Correct item now received. I have increased rating from 1 star to 3 star as the issue is sorted. Customer service let it down but apprecite it sorted in the end

Placed order on January 23

Placed order on January 23. Still haven't received. Tracking shows it is still on it's way. My guess is you will say you can't control the USPS. It looks like in the tracking it was handed off to a 3rd party drop site which sat on it.

I ordered two shirts and only received one. You kept insisting that I received it because USPS makes it delivered but only 1 shirt was in the package. I lost $35.00 to pay for a shirt I never received. I will never order from Grishko again.

Poor quality

They didn’t get my product to me when they said they would. The quality is really poor and they spelled a word wrong on the sweatshirt. They said that this was resolved but they haven’t communicated with me in a few days. I am wanting a refund for the defective sweatshirt.

Bad product

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered a sweatshirt with hood, got one with v neck. Ordered red it was wine color. Ordered XL don't know what size it is but way to big for XL. Sent e mail about return then they want me to measure the item, also I have to pay return shipping charges. Not worth the hassle to go through this , I put it in garage the best place for it. Save your money and buy from a USA company.

I ordered and bought a t-shirt and…

I ordered and bought a t-shirt and hoodie for my grandson for Christmas. Back in November. It came and the sizes did not match at all. He is in 4th grade and they were big enough clothes to fit a kindergartner, not a 4th grader! There is no way to get back to them. I started emailing them at their support online back in November and just now in January got a response. There's no phone number to talk to him. I sent the clothes back cuz they didn't fit. They sent them back to me. Do not I repeat. Do not shop from them at all. It is a scam. They're in Russia and they are horrible and they will not treat you like right. They send you cheap ass clothes and they will not give you a refund

BEWARE!!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered a jersey from them the day after Christmas. It was going to be a late Christmas present. Looked at their info and it all seemed legit. Maybe I should have been more cautious when the “store” is based in Indiana and their LLC is somewhere else. Get a message stating my item had been shipped out. When I looked at tracking number it was some company I had never heard of. Finally was able to track it. The shipping company is some China based provider. Weird. I emailed them to ask why they had used a Chinese shipping provider and that I wouldn’t be paying tariffs. They stated their company was based in China. What?? Emailed them again asking when the package was going to move, they said it was going to take 15-25 days to process and ship. That policy is only for places outside of the US. Within the states, which I am (California) shipping should have taken 3-7 days yet I am waiting now for a package coming from who knows where. Do not buy from this website. Response from customer service is poor if they respond at all!! They are nothing but cheats, scammers and frauds. Beware!!! Update: received the item finally but it was not what I expected. The Jersey was supposed to have rhinestones or sequins or glitter but instead the sequins were printed. The jersey is not an actual jersey but a microfiber replica. Will never buy from this company again

I normally don't write reviews, but the experience with this company was so far below expectations that I wanted to give others fair warning. The order took a very long time to be delivered, which would have been fine because I wasn't in a rush. However, once the order was delivered, what I received was not even close to what I had ordered. I reached out to the company to initiate a return because it was not what I had ordered, and they said that they don't do returns, and said that the hat that I received was, "quite nice, good quality" (again, it was not even close to what I had ordered). They offered me a 20% refund. I said that was unacceptable, and asked for a full refund. They told me that they had refunded my order 4 weeks ago, but the refund has not posted to my account.

So, in short, (1) the order took forever to arrive. (2) When it arrived, it was not even close to what I had ordered. (3) When I tried to return it and sought a refund, they offered me 20%. (4) When I asked again for the full refund, they lied and said that they had refunded me.
