Disappointing Service
The watch I bought via Chrono24 was fine, the problem I had was with its box.
The box I received my watch in was damaged, they blamed shipping, not sure how that could be the case as the damage was inside the box. A second box was sent but was badly packed in previously used bubble wrap that had tape in it. This stuck to the (cardboard) box and damaged it. They then claimed I’d damaged it and went silent on me. I’m not sure why I’d do such a thing, I didn’t want compensation, monetary or otherwise, just what I’d paid for – a perfect watch, papers and box.
Overall, a disappointing experience and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

When you informed us that the original box was damaged, we accepted your claim without hesitation and immediately sent a replacement. The second box was securely packed using brand-new protective materials and was in perfect condition upon delivery. We regret that it was later damaged after being opened, but we want to assure you that we handled your request with care and in good faith. Commandée le 18 octobre, réglée le 19, envoyée le 24 et reçue le 25, soit une semaine ce que peu de commerçants font...
