Leider wurde die zugesagte Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten. Ich hätte mit dieser Lieferzeit die Uhr wo anders auch noch billiger erhalten, aber aufgrund der zugesicherten kurzen Lieferzeit hier um mehr Geld gekauft.
Die Abwicklung an sich war gut und auch die Lieferung hat gepasst. UND natürlich passt auch die Uhr

I recently had a frustrating experience purchasing a Zenith Chronomaster Sport watch from Guardian Of Time on Chrono24.

The watch was never delivered to me, despite Guardian Of Time's assurances that they had shipped it.
The issues began when the watch was supposedly delivered by FedEx one day I was not home, but without any signature required. The tracking showed the package was left unattended at the entrance of my building, and the name on the proof of delivery was not mine (so it was faked).

When I contacted FedEx, they opened the investigation proving that the signature was faked and the parcel lost, to they closed the case.

Guardian Of Time then claimed they opened an insurance claim with FedEx Spain, but the process has dragged on for over a month with no resolution and I do not understand the reason why to get the reimbursement I have to wait for GOT to close the case with the insurance.

I've had to repeatedly follow up with them, only to receive vague updates that the insurance investigation is still ongoing. Meanwhile, I'm left without the watch I paid for over 40 days ago.

This lost shipment has been extremely frustrating. As a first-time Chrono24 / Guardian of Time buyer , this experience has severely shaken my trust in the platform and the sellers using it.

Overall, a very disappointing experience that has left me out of pocket and without the watch I was so looking forward to receiving.
