Not able to withdraw. They cancel all your withdrawals allegedly due to ‘technical issues’ with their payment provider. This is purely an excuse as you can see from other players also. I can’t believe someone would do this…. But Karma is a b***h.

‼️ UPDATE 1st August - scam central - still no promised refund and still no response from GTSpins support. DISGUSTING ‼️

Promised a refund 7 days ago and still not received and getting zero response from support - not acceptable. GT Spins it’s a week since you agreed to refund me - please confirm what is going on. ALL RESPONSES HAVE BEEN VIA AI BOT SO FAR - I NEED A HUMAN TO RESOLVE.

SCAM

SCAM. There is no other word for this company. If this review can stop just one person from going through what I have then that will ease my mind a little.
I feel like a total fool. I deposited 3 times without any problem.
Played and won a decent amount, just over a thousand pounds.
Withdrawal process was non existent.
Told up to 2 days, so gave them 4.
Was told there was an errror and that the withdrawal had failed.
Simple as that.
It’s all AI responses.
Please everyone, just do not get involved with this company.
stay away and bet with known betting companies.
I learnt this the hard way.

Do not deposit they will not pay out your winnings. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for them they keep canceling even though details are correct.

Patience rewarded

Initially there is the usual "red tape" delays to overcome, once you are through they pay out.
They DO have a good selection of games, and you play...if you lose, thats the name of the game
Oh by the way GT spins, there's a section of 3x slots (3xpots, frogs, coins, etc) that seem to play up when using. I like that kind of game, any chance of taking a look.
I do advise to REALLY check what wager there is on free cash or spins, personally, I don't use them

Use every excuse not to pay out then accuse you of fraud

After two weeks of not getting a straight answer to where my winnings was ,money not in bank money missing from gaming account ,I contacted my banks fraud squad and they disputed my 2 deposit payment .i have received one dispute payment but still waiting on the other .now I have received an email being accused of fraud .there is no way you should be waiting 2 weeks for a striaght answer to where the winnings are ,no a professional company in this world would do this
