Don’t waist your time or money!
They are refusing to send my account balance of £1500 they first said because I requested to close my account the balance is void then changed the story and said it’s because my account wasn’t verified, even though I had a withdrawal request on my account and all the documents to verify it.
They don’t answer questions or give you the evidence in the terms and conditions to back up their story.
I will be taking this further.

I have joined the site last week and won £300 I sent my documents and waited 3 days to approve. They rejected my withdrawal and lied about sent email which I never received. I attempted the 2nd withdrawal and same problem. I attempt the 3rd withdrawal and more documents sent for verification. The team members and the payment team are not very helpful and I had to use up my winning. Very disappointing experience

Still me, 10 days after the withdrawal. Every email I've sent to them , no answer. My account is still not verified. I've sent over 50 emails, they don't want to answer. Robbery at it's finest. Customer service is a bot so is like talking to a wall. So 2 weeks after withdrawal and no news. NOW I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN TO THE CASINO. EVERYTHING IS FAKE GUYS. PLEASE DON'T PLAY HERE!!!
