I have been a Groove member for many years and I can say that the company's support and help from the all team is amazing, especially Jayson Neri who helped me several times with great results.

Vani sent me a video instruction that was super easy to follow along with. Not only did she answer my questions, she helped me understand the problem so I can fix things on my own in the future!

Varnita was of great help during our virtual support chat! She was efficient and had already opened the ticket I had sent to the Help Desk, so she was already aware of my issues. When she fixed my GrooveSell checkout links, she did it quickly and took the initiative to also fix the issue in my account for me. We also discovered another bug while conversing, which she immediately brought up with the Dev team that same day. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience I had with Varnita throughout our virtual support chat session.

I needed help with a number of things in GroovePages, as I could not seem to figure out how to do them myself, so I contacted support and Ford was most helpful... he went back and forth with me a number of times and made sure everything I had requested was done! It took a while... but we got there in the end and Ford really was very knowledgeable and very helpful!

I needed some help with a DNS record and Jayson made fixing the issue incredibly easy.

I can't thank that guy enough.

I've been using groovefunnels for more than 07 years for my clients and I found it the best option for all the website requirements for my clients. Groove support is also very active and has a problem solver team like Mr. Jayson Neri. He helped me to resolve the errors, bugs and problems and can easily understand and fix the errors.
