Lovely people helped me out when I had an issue with my shower. Very quick responding after I contacted them, customer service like this seems rare these days.
I have Grohe taps and my shower and find them visually appealing, well made and of course functional. Would highly recommend. 👍

Mbarak helped me fix a flush issue with a c20 year old drop valve and flush plate.

He was patient, helpful and kept working with me until a solution was found.

This is why it’s worth paying a little bit more for Grohe quality product and support.

Contacted Grohe support I had a slight leak on a factory bolt I sent photos in within 24 hrs they have sent out a replacement part highly recommend really good customer support. Would definitely recommend Grohe to anyone.

No hassle, helpful staff easily resolved my problem

I have been chasing Grohe for a return monies for as long as I can remember. It is now a daily task to contact them yet again.
It’s agreed, so that not in dispute, but the internal process is painful.
Lots of good people who eventually pick up for it to get stuck again.

Any company that has an auto email stating not to send in multiple emails are not dealing with their customers quickly or efficiently.

Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth your time or energy if anything goes wrong.

We’ve had Grohe shower, bath and kitchen fittings in our homes over a long period. It’s been for the combination of the build quality (you can feel the difference against more budget brands) and they last really well even with a lot of use, plus they just look really good. I’ve had to contact them quite a few times over the years, usually just to check on particular specifications and suitability for what we’re planning, and the response has always been great. The people there REALLY know their products and they get back to you promptly if they need to speak to colleagues to get an answer. Today’s call was to ask about a small clip that had been missed by the plumber during a recent installation, and within minutes they’d arranged to send a free replacement by 1st class post (thanks Chris!). Obviously Grohe stuff isn’t exactly a cheap option, but with the combination of the quality of the product and especially the customer service, I think you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Speedy and great after sale service. I did not know which Shower Thermostat Cartridge by Grohe shower needed - as the shower is over 10yrs old - but just by sending a few photos of the actual shower they were able to not only advise me of what I needed but gave me a few options as to where I could by it. And all that in a couple of hours via email. Very impressed and pleased by the service.

We had problems with our Grohe water filter. It was in the house we bought and needed guide when the filtration system dispenser stopped working. We needed to change the filter and CO2 cartridges. Jason talked us through the steps required. The dispensing button on the system has stopped working before we replaced the filter. He arranged for a new part to be sent to us. It arrived today and was easy to install. We now have filtered chilled water.

Great service from my initial telephone enquiry. I got the info I needed within a few hours.

Quick response, offered to replace a faulty component without any issues. Will buy Grohe again - the products are much more well made than the majority of generic plumbing goods available.

Easy to contact via web site, speedy response by email, issue completely resolved in first contact. One and done - just how it should be. Thank you to agent Mbarak Said - he sent me a nicely annotated installation diagram which corrected the incorrect information that had been with the original tap.

I contacted Grohe Technical Customer services team about obtaining certain parts of a shower and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt reply, from Sam, with all the information I needed.

Had a fault with our Grohe Red tap, out of warranty, and couldn’t find the solution in our manuals or on line - emailed Grohe support and they got in touch with questions and asked for info/photos to be sure they understood - then told us what to do and sent a link to a You tube video for step by step instructions- we followed it and now all us working perfectly again. Great support thanks.
