Easy to contact via web site, speedy response by email, issue completely resolved in first contact. One and done - just how it should be. Thank you to agent Mbarak Said - he sent me a nicely annotated installation diagram which corrected the incorrect information that had been with the original tap.

I contacted Grohe Technical Customer services team about obtaining certain parts of a shower and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt reply, from Sam, with all the information I needed.
Tech Support
Had a fault with our Grohe Red tap, out of warranty, and couldn’t find the solution in our manuals or on line - emailed Grohe support and they got in touch with questions and asked for info/photos to be sure they understood - then told us what to do and sent a link to a You tube video for step by step instructions- we followed it and now all us working perfectly again. Great support thanks.

Excellent service. I emailed them a photo of my 20yr old shower mixer (which has a leaking thermostat valve) and asked for a parts ref (if parts still available) plus (if parts are no longer available) what would be their recommended direct replacement mixer minimising plumbing & tiling alterations. They got back to me within 24hrs.

I'm writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received regarding my recent purchase of a Grohe Precision Feel Thermostatic Shower Mixer from a retailer. After discovering the "quick spanner" tool missing in the box, I contacted the Grohe customer service team directly and was thoroughly impressed by the prompt and helpful responses.
Manisha was incredibly efficient in organizing the delivery of the replacement part, which arrived swiftly from Germany.
Specifically, Chris provided excellent technical assistance, answering my queries kindly and clearly.
Overall, this experience was truly exceptional, your team's professionalism and efficiency have significantly strengthened my trust in the Grohe brand and confirmed that I made the right choice in selecting your product, even if i bought from a random retailer, knowing it comes with such reliable support.
My bath mixer/divertor was leaking
My bath mixer/divertor was leaking, so I contacted Grohe technical services with pictures of the faulty part to identify it (it's 13 years since it was installed) and see if I could order a replacement. Chris, a Technical Customer Services Coordinator, contacted me the next day having identified the part and sent me some links where I could buy a replacement. I had a few follow up questions, so Chris and I exchanged some further mails and each time he responded swiftly with the information I'd asked for.
I purchased the kit via the links Chris sent and my plumber replaced. We now have a working tap/shower head in our bath, having put up with a leak for a few weeks. Excellent customer service, very responsive and knowledgeable.
