I had a problem with my controller and contacted Sam who was amazing. There was no hesitation in obtaining a replacement controller despite not having any in stock. I would certainly recommend Grohe because their products are good but also their customer service is faultless.

Absolutely excellent service 
Absolutely excellent experience, initial phone call was answered quickly and clearly, resulting online submission requesting missing part was responded to immediately and within three days the missing part was posted to me and a corresponding email depicting the packaging in the part also sent. I cannot fault the service from this company and hugely exceeded my expectations. 
Unbelievable 10/10 Customer Service
Grohe telephone and email Customer Service was quick, direct and accurate. NO messing about being passed from pillar to post and taking ages to resolve a simple enquiry!

Faultless service.
I really can’t fault the service I received from the Grohe team. My query was dealt with promptly, the problem identified quickly and a new part send the same day. It resolved the issue and we now have a tap that doesn’t wobble. Thanks to everyone concerned. I will definitely be buying more Grohe products in future.

Shower problem got the info needed to cure it in double quick time
We got exactly the information we needed in double quick time. The Grohe showers (5 in the house) we have had now for over 25 years have given super service and we now know we can get the spare parts to keep them all going perfectly

I emailed Grohe support as my tap has started to drip from the spout, the reply was prompt, informative and helpful, assistance was provided by Mbarak Said
GROHE kitchen spray tap
I love this tap. It looks good and has far more uses than a standard kitchen mixer tap. I can now even wash the kitchen bin without spraying water all over the worktops.
For those that are conscious of how much water they’re using rinsing food encrusted pots and pans, the spray function easily removes this with minimum water or effort.
After a few years the tap defaulted to spray function any time it was switched on but this was easily sorted thanks to Grohe’s excellent customer service. The tap is now back to full function without the need of a spanner or plumber.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product to others.

I had a problem with a customer’s concealed mixer /diverter valve, so I sent over a few photos and got a quick reply with the correct cartridge. Much appreciated, thank you.
A-grade customer service encountered
Got a problem with the spray/ valve of my GROHE Get single-lever kitchen tap bought about three and a half years ago, so I used Grohe's online form to ask them for either a spare part to buy or a solution. Staffer Mbarak replied just the next day on how to fix it. Now problem solved without paying a penny. What an A-grade customer service it is.

I contacted Grohe UK as I was experiencing an issue with the text on a basin mixer tap head.
In less than 18 hours I’d had an emailed response from Chris in the Technical department and the part was being posted to me 1st Class. The best customer service I have ever experienced!
Tap in intermittent spray mode
Curious why my four-year-old tap had started going into spray mode on its own I emailed Grohe for assistance. Initially, I admit I had my regrets after buying the Grohe brand and didn’t expect to hear from them.
However, Grohe technical came back to me very promptly and not only did they email a diagram suggesting which part it was most likely to be, they also agreed to send me a replacement!
I’m not used to dealing with such an amazing technical team and fantastic customer service. It’s more than what I expected. Well done Grohe for having such high standards!

Poor quality control
Poor quality control. After fitting a new Grohe kitchen tap from B&Q I was disappointed by the lack of hot water flow. Being a new house I assumed that this was normal. Then I swapped the feed pipes and the cold was restricted. After much messing about I discovered that the crimping process in the flexible hose has partially blocked the pipe. I then had to use a drill and pick to remove the blockage.
It goes to show that modern manufacture does not test it's components. It relies on the end user to complain. I would never consider buying Grohe again.
Sourcing an old replacement Grohe shower part
I was trying to track down a replacement shower mixer thermostatic cartridge and was struggling to identify the correct part number - our shower unit is some 20-30 years old. I contacted Grohe technical support and received a very prompt response with the exact part reference, part and fitting diagrams, and advice on where to buy. Now ordered. The original shower unit was of such good quality it was great being able to replace the part, rather than the shower. Nice to know parts are still available.
