We had an issue with the shower, after explaining situtaion, customer service replied back promptly and explained the next steps clearly. Showed empathy and we are in the process of sorting out an engineer visit

Excellent Customer Support and Warranty
5* service got my shower in 2022 and to be fair since the start had a small leak which progressively became worse. Contacted Grohe directly in October 2025, uploaded some photos of my invoice and a video of the problem, new valve was send to me straight away.
All my house has Grohe Taps will continue to invest in their products.

Excellent service from Chris in technical help
Called technical help line after speaking to two advisors they assigned an engineer. Within 30mins I was called and using a video link was able to show the issue, so simple but enormously effective. Chris was knowledgeable and efficient, solution found and spare part arrived next day and it fixed the issue. Other companies could learn a lot from this level of customer service, first class.

I rang for a part reference number but a helpful phone agent advised me I could still be under warranty. The tech section took up the problem and provided the correct replacement part under warranty

Shower valve part identified by photo
I had difficulty identifying the correct part however an email and picture were sent to GROHE and they identified the part number. The shower valve has now been fitted and no more drips.

Superb customer service from Grohe UK but I must especially mention Chris who went out of his way to call me personally to advise on a complicated scenario that was easier dealt with in person than via e-mails. His interest in his job and desire to help is clearly reflected in his taking the time to speak to me personally and his knowledge of Grohe products, compatability and spare parts is brilliant. All that on top of being extremely pleasant to speak to! If Grohe UK customer service is filled with lots of people like Chris you won't go far wrong!

Fantastic experience dealing with Grohe UK. Bidet toilet seat started leaking just short of 2 years of use. Grohe didn't have same in stock, so Grohe told me they were willing to fully refund purchase price if I sent them proof of puchasing new bidet seat. Sorted in very short time. Would certainly recommend and purchase from Grohe in future. Great to see true customer service still exists. Many thanks.
