Missing bit sent the same day!
My company installed a Grohe mixer but a tiny piece was missing and we realised this when we were about to finish the installation. I contacted support via online form and the missing bit was sent the same day. It is good to know that we can get the support we need when we use Grohe products.

Absolutely first class service from Grohe. The guys from technical support were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and generous by sending out a replacement part FOC.
My call was answered straight away and I wasn’t out on hold for ages whilst waiting on tech support.
My follow up emails were answered within a respectable time scale too.
I have not received a service like this from a large company in a long time. 10/10

Great product with excellent customer service
We moved into a new build house last year, with Grohe mixing units installed in 3 bathrooms. They function very well and easy to use. Well designed. Unfortunately. we broke a small cover on one of the units. Contacted Grohe uk who were very helpful and sent a replacement by post free of charge.
3 year old Kitchen Ambi tap needed a…
3 year old Kitchen Ambi tap needed a new cartridge and contacted Grohe as guarantee still active. Sam at Grohe Technical assisted me and from start to finish was highly professional and offered solutions. He also arranged for both a new cartridge and then, when I'd described my issue in a little more detail, a whole new unit to be sent asap. Problem solved. Above and beyond but actually great to experience 1st rate customer service, thank you.
Grohe Warranty Claim
I contacted Grohe with an issue with flaking paint on a black kitchen tap after only 3 years of use. The tap was an expensive fitting from a brand known for quality, so flaking paint was a disappointment. On reviewing the purchase I found that the tap had a 5 year manufacturer warranty including material quality. Grohe warranty Terms and Conditions can be found on their website site. I made an online claim and included a photograph of the issue and proof of purchase. They responded very quickly and confirmed that they would send a replacement for the defective lever for me to fit (not a problem). It has been a simple and efficient process dealing with Grohe with an expected delivery of 3 weeks for the replacement part from Germany. I would note that any claim requires the original purchase receipt which I was able to obtain from Screwfix having provided the order number found on an old email order confirmation. Both Grohe and Screwfix have been very helpful.
Prompt replacement under warranty.
The Grohe kitchen mixer tap I have developed a small leak where the top swivel piece meets the tap body.
I contacted Grohe Support to request a service kit but their Agent Jason advised that they would replace the whole tap if it was less than 5 years old. It was installed 4.5 years ago so having provided the original invoice, Grohe sent a brand-new tap which arrived today - 11-Feb.
This is excellent service and well worth 5 stars.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. I found one particular staff member—whom I have spoken to on three occasions (unfortunately, I did not catch her name)—to be extremely helpful and professional. She is very knowledgeable and always makes a genuine effort to assist, approaching each situation as if she were resolving the matter for herself. Her attitude and dedication are truly appreciated.
In contrast, my experience with another staff member, whom I spoke with on one occasion, I felt that the level of assistance and engagement was not the same. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I truly value good service and believe it deserves to be recognised.
A quick response and excellent advice
After owning a Grohe Red boiling water tap for 7 years I noticed that the handle for the boiling water function had begun to come away from the body of the tap by a few millimetres. I sent an email to Grohe explaining the problem and received a prompt and comprehensive reply including an annotated exploded diagram of the tap and a video showing how to effect a repair. 20 minutes later I had it fixed as good as new.
Excellent, effective, practical advice
Quite often when you contact a manufacturer's website for some practical advice you either don't get it or just a referral for a service visit. This was real, simple, straightforward advice from someone who seemed to have experience with the product, with a video which enabled me to carry out a very quick and effective fix.

I asked Grohe for help to find a spare part for my 5 in 1 system. It wasn't one of their normal parts but they found a solution and sent me exactly what i needed. Great customer service.
