Bought 2 showers from Mira, at the higher end of the expense scale. Our fitter had self inflicted issues fitting one due to not reading the manual - diagnosed by a Mira visit which resulted in a £90 charge due to the error. Fair enough, take that on the chin. Fast forward 2 years and both have minor, different issues: 1 small drip, the other hard to start water flowing without excessive button force. Still under warranty (5 years!), another engineer booked, quickly diagnosed and fixed with replacement parts within 45 minutes. Can't ask for much more really, other than a tad more durability. Thanks to engineer Sam who attended both callouts 2 years apart!

I have a Mira shower that is under warranty and my plumber said the heating element was broken. When I called Mira to fix it under warranty they agreed to come out to look at it, hence the 1 star for turning up! Without even examining the element the technician noticed the small 1" bolts that Mira supplied to attach the shower to the wall had been replaced with slightly longer ones that my plumber used to make the attachment safe. The casing of the shower was also cracked in one corner. Because of this the shower was considered dangerous and was condemned. Regardless of the warranty Mira then walked away without even looking at the faulty element. They also sent me a £66.67 callout fee and said any shower replacement or repairs were completely down to me as the wrong attachment bolts were used. It seemed to me as if Mira were just looking for a reason to walk away from providing a new shower or replacement element. I have had Mira showers installed in the past but no more.

Micheal came to fit my shower today, lovely guy, Did a great job, pipes in bathroom were a bit awkward but he did a fab job. Cleaned up after himself and even took the old shower and packaging with him.

Mira Shower.
I brought the Mira shower 18 months agoand it broken down. But it still has the 5 year parts guarantee. So I call the Mira support.
Mira engineer Daniel came and put in new cartridge. He was very polite efficient and tidy. I was also kept informed when he would arrive. I was not charged for the job.
I’m grateful for his help with answering my questions. Overall I very satisfied with his qualities of work and professionalism.

I contacted Mira Customer Service about a problem with my Mira shower unit. The customer service operative was polite, helpful & efficient in arranging a prompt appointment for an engineer's visit. The visiting Mira engineer , David , was efficient, helpful & thorough in his work & explanations. My wife & I appreciate his work & help. Thank you Mira Customer Service & Mira engineer , David.

Had a very good conversation and positive response from customer services today as they are sending 2 replacement hose delivery fittings to me under warranty and a replacement hose connection to shower head at a one off compensatory special price. All credit to the staff who handled this professionally to good solution.

Had a fantastic experience with Daniel who came out to help us. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues on both of our showers despite our worries.

Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing, which we really appreciated. He also gave us helpful advice on maintenance of the showers – both showers are now spot on. Daniel was a great representation of Mira.

Courtney was excellent in his service provided. Explained the situation and dealt with it accordingly.

Michael the engineer was superb. Was courteous and polite and sorted the problem out with no issues.

Had a slight issue with a missing handle to our door enclosure. Customer service was excellent. They dealt with the matter immediately, politely and satisfactorily!

I reported a fault with our Mira Sprint shower, via the company holding our extended warranty.
The call was taken by Olivia, a Mira employee.
Her efficiency and personal approach was exemplary - the shower was replaced the following morning by an excellent technician.
If only all customer services could be as good ...

Michael was great very helpful and managed to find a solution to an issue with the product. Would recommend and great service.

Order Number: #82V96C. Case #07793240. Online order and monies deducted off my account in full 05 April, 3-5 day delivery. Up to date and multiple contact efforts incl a 15min phone call to them - no order found/no product delivered/no refund as requested/no further comms except for bot auto replies from 5 different case workers.

Fantastic 5 star service from Pete. Service like this just isn't easy to find these days. He deserves a special thanks.
