It took forever to get the product after they stated it had shipped. After I received it and placed it on my dog the colored nylon covering came apart from the plastic frame binding it more than 4 inches within minutes. I wrote them and they asked for a picture (which I was glad to send) and they then offered a 5% refund and suggested I take it to a tailor shop for repair. REALLY??? I declined to do that and said I was not happy with that suggestion and would like the issue resolved. They replied that the 60 day satisfaction guarantee only applied if the package was unopened and also never put on the dog. REALLY ONCE AGAIN!!! How would I have known the harness was defective if it wasn't opened and put on my dog? So I said I would be happy if they would just replace the product. Their reply was that I could only send it back in the original plastic bag it was sent in (It came in a clear plastic bag inside a white plastic mailer) and I would have to pay the first class return postage. Then they would decide if they would send me another harness or I could just accept a 15% refund. Horrible product and horrible customer service from this company. I have received several ads from products that look like the same harness on my Facebook app and I think that this might be a scam company running the same lousy product under several different product names. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON A GripHarness!!!

This company has zero structure in the after-order customer service….. I am so disappointed with this company……They are apparently Hit and Miss with fulfilling their customer‘s orders…..

The contact person was very helpful when I texted questions prior to the delivery. Now that I have received the harness - I am very pleased as it is cute and comfortable for my dog. Thanks!

I ordered Harness and leash very slow delivery, I still have not received my Leash. It July 8 and still no leash 14.95

Have had the harness for 3 days now with no problems. I like the ease of adjustment and the name and number being easy to read. Maggie appreciates the comfort and the fact that she doesn't choke when pulling hard on the harness.

My boyfriend and I each ordered from grip harness. We finally received the harnesses that we ordered. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive them. We haven't had the chance to use them yet. They look like they may hold up. I prefer metal buckles over plastic and I am not a fan of the Velcro chest strap. I will update my review after we test the the harnesses out.

The harness unsnaps when my dog pulls! I contacted customer support they told me to go to my local store that repairs bags etc…

My first harness that I bought from them the Buckle broke. I was stupid enough to buy a second one and the Buckle broke on that one after two months. No customer servive. I do not recommend this product.

Very poor customer service. Did not fulfill the order I placed. My dods name was left off of the harness and phone number. I also ordered extra name tags ( and payed for) and did not get those either! When I contacted customer service they said nothing about the name and number being omitted, and said that I would have to pay for the shipping of the tags!!! REALLY! Their screw up and I have to pay for it? I would and. Will not recommend this product! Very poor customer service!!! Lyn Hoff

I have been waiting over a month and half for my two products...nothing except excuses.. We don't understand your order,We have shipped your order! sorry we haven't shipped your orde! Your order is on hold! Your order has been shipped. We don't have tracking number! I checked tracking number with carrier...they don't have it! My dogs will die of old age before it gets here!!!!!!!

The Buckle broke on my grip harness when my husband walked our dog. It worked for me 3x
The main thing is the customer service is terrible. I loved the harness, until the buckle snapped. They want nothing to do with returns and suggested I go out and buy a buckle myself to replace the one that broke. Unfortunately I bought my second dog one- I plan on returning it. They take the money from your account right away but takes about a month to get it.
I just saw the same harness on Temu for $8.00 😡

The harness as they call it is a piece of crap the plastic buckle broke the first time, we used the product. There is no customer service to speak of, there is NO 60 day warranty we tried to reach out to the company and they said to use Facebook. That was a waste of time. BEWARE this so-called harness is a waste of money.

First off, I never received the car seat belt that I ordered. They told me I needed to send them a picture of the shipping label on the original package, but I threw it out. Strike 1.

I test fit the harness on my dog, and within 1 hour, she chewed right through the chest strap. They tell me it's not their fault my dog chews. Ok, but if the material was the proper strength and toughness, she would not have been able to chew through it so quickly and easily. Strike 2.

Finally, the so-called anti-bark device. It literally looks and feels like it came out of a Chinese dollar store. It has two dim lights and an opening which I suppose is a sonar device (?). It does absolutely nothing. I pointed it at my dog and I tried with other dogs- literally useless. Strike 3.

Grip Harness and their associated products are made in China junk. That would explain why it took several weeks to get here. Refused me any refund or compensation. Stay away- much better quality options out there.

The Gripharness we received did not stay fit to our dog, the velcro AND the tightening buckles came loose (and our Dog almost got hurt and loose running with it like that) which in turn caused shearing on one side of the strap. Customer service REFUSED to refund my money after sending them a video claiming that "they" determined my dog "chewed the strap". This absolutely did not happen but they didn't care. I have never written a poor review on anything until now...but very dissapointed.

i wish i could give zero stars. do not buy this harness, worst harness ever. NO PULL HARNESS false advertising, . my dog still pulls and velcro come apart, my dog almost got loose, took almost a month to receive it. you cant call them no number, all they offered me was a 20 percent refund which came to 8 bucks, so harness cost 40 dollars you do the math. totally scammed

I ordered a harness and leash for my dog on 2/4/23 and haven’t been able to reach the company for answers. I will not buy anything from GripHarness again! Very poor customer service!!

I liked the harness ok but the latch comes open when I'm walking my dog. Today in my 1 mile walk the latch came open twice. I'm afraid my dog could get hit by a car when this happens. The latch must be defective as I've only had it a couple of months. Not happy.

Just exactly what you have said. This company is honest, communicative. and pleasant. They kept in touch with me the whole long wait time and I am very pleased with my smaller Grip Harness!
