DO NOT BUY THEIR HARNESS. Lifelong dog owner, bought one in June 2024, metal ring where you attach your leash broke in February 2026. Less than a year of once day walks with am old dog. Email what happened, told me, “they would get to my problem when they had time.” Couple of weeks later they told me the harness was put of warranty. Warranty is only 60 days, beware. Did not offer to exchange. Did not offer to repair it. How does that ring break, simple cheap materials, and lousy welding of the two ends of the ring. Customer service was no help, not interested.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have true buyers remorse. I have a large dog and ordered a harness for him, I had to use the harness to find out that it caused sores under my dogs legs. I contacted the company and they told me that since my order was over 21 days that they would issue me a new harness at 50% off, which I declined. The customer service at this company is horrible. I will not recommend this harness for anyone.

I have actually purchased a couple of the harnesses and have been satisfied. While my dog is fairly powerful, she is only 35 pounds so she is not going to put a lot of stress on a harness. My problem began when I order a new harness on sale. On reviewing the order, I noticed an additional charge for a second set of labels. I went through the process of trying to find a contact number without success as others have reported. I opened an email conversation. First, I asked then to just remove the extra labels. I thought that would be simple because I made the request virtually immediately. Their response was to completely ignore my request and instead directed me to verify my shipping address and to follow a particular format. I responded by asking to cancel the order entirely. Their response was to say that their cancellation policy only allowed cancellation within 24 hours. They immediately charged my account for the original invoice amount. A week later, no harness and no indications of an effort to ship it. So, although their website says their customer support is available 24 hours suggesting an interest in their customer's concerns, their actual interest is in collecting money and maybe delivering a product.

This company is a total SCAM… I ORDERED AND PAID 59.95 for a purple harness and a purple leash..The first thing that happened was that it took them 23 days to ship my order… and they only shipped it after I had sent them numerous emails…next they showed me an invoice me that I ordered a BLACK LEASH… WHICH I DISPUTED MY SENDING THEM MY COPY WHICH SHOWED MATCHING LEASH…I requested a refund for the incorrect color… THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST SEEMS LIKE AUTO GENERATED COMPUTER RESPONSES… THE EXACT SAME I HAVE NOW READ ON REVIEWS… NOW THEY OFFER YOU A 10 PERCENT DISCOUNTS IF YOU REPURCHASE ANOTHER LEASH… I DEMANDED A REFUND. NOW I TOLD THEM I WANT TO RETURN IT….. ALSO THIS HARNESS HAS THE QUALITY YOU WOULD FIND AT A JUNK YARD. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING… TERRIBLE PLASTIC HORRID STITCHING WOULD NOT HOLD BACK A ANT NEVER MIND A 80 POUND DOG… I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIFIC SERVICE AND THE MOST ABSURD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFETIME… PLEASE BE WARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS…. I WILL BE REPORTING TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS FRAUDS…I HAVE SENT THIS COMPANY PROBABLY 10 EMAILS ATTEMPTING TO ADVICE THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING…

Have been waiting over two weeks for delivery’s. Will likely return if received.

Purchase has still not arrived.

Purchased 2 harnesses a year ago. One of them is perfect, the other had a defect in stitching ( the perfect one is large and used on a golden that pulls) the medium one used on a labradoodle that does not pull. The medium one fell apart. One would think Grip Harness would stand by the product, but do NOT be fooled. They do not in anyway stand by the product. Spend your money elsewhere, lots of options with exactly the same design on the market today. Buy from a company that backs their product for longer than 7 days lol. I ordered my harness in March 2025, still not recieved it , all excuses about team having rush on orders, I feel like after about 10 emails I'm getting nowhere, I'm in nz and cost was $68 nz dollars, so that's not cheap, I feel like I've been duped, it was advertised on FB

May be a scam. Like other reviewers, I have been charged for a harness and it has not arrived over 21 days later. No means to contact seller by phone and emails ignored.

Still waiting for my order. It's been over a month and like many others, my credit card was charged immediately. I contacted them and was asked to confirm my address which I did. Then came the usual excuses about going to the warehouse to check. Next came the 'wonderful news' email, advising me it was on the way. Tracking does not work either. This so called company is a total scam and the 'warehouse' does not exist. Beware!!

If you look at the website, there isn't a phone # to contact. I've had no communication and have not received product even though my credit card has been charged.

Honestly I don't appreciate the excuses, I ordered at harness with other things at christmas and there's constant excuses why it hasn't arrived. Half a refund is nice but if your gonna screw somebody over and just take money with no delivery I find that to be quite the scam! I wouldn't trust ordering if you expect to reciev3 anything but excuses!

The Harness is perfect. It fits my giant hound great. First time I have had the nerve to take my 100 lb Dalmation for a walk. She is still trying to pull us down but with this Harness she has to mind us. I really like the Name tags and phone number on the Harness.

The fact that I could reach out to correspond to the company about any concerns I had! The harness is everything they advertised my Dog Henry and I enjoyed a no pull stress free walk!😊Thanks 👍🏾

I ordered and paid for this harness November 15 2024.. paid for on my Visa which was debited by this company. To date no harness received and despite contacting this company.. no satisfaction yyo date.
This is a scam company.

Absolutely junk. Handle on harness just unexpectedly tore off as I was holding my dog. My dog could have been attacked by another nearby dog or he could have run off. This product puts your dog at great risk. The company refuses to replace it. I had bought two including one for my second dog. Now I cannot use even the second harness out of fear that it will also fail. So, I have two worthless harnesses. Do not buy this defective and dangerous product.

Great company, had concerns about my delivery they responded very quickly and insured me it was on the way. The next day it arrived. My golden loves this harness easy to put on and very comfortable so my golden tells me. Thanks for the great service.

I love gripharness! I'm a senior and it is so easy to put on with one simple click. The harness is more comfortable as it doesn't go around the neck. I walk my dogs all year round, all hours. The reflective strip makes me feel safer (many vehicles on my route). I chose to have the name and phone number on their harness. I have 2. Definitely recommend! Kathy, Birchwood, WI

We purchased a GripHarness receiving it the end of April. The strap buckle keeps loosening on its own, making it so our dog can slip out of the harness. This gets scary as we walk in a high traffic areas and all of a sudden the dog is lose. Emailed GripHarness in July, while very polite they kept asking for more information and pictures of issue. Finally receive a email telling me to sew the strap to secure it. This is not helpful as I need it adjustable for when his fur is longer as well when wearing over a winter coat. Last email from company was snarky, referring me to their policy stated on website and fact I was past their 7 day return policy. This harness is a safety hazard as the dog can very easily get out of it. I like the look of the vest and especially how reflective it is at night. I am very disappointed they would not be willing to make this right and replace a faulty product. I tried to resolve nicely through their customer service contacts however no success and I am left with a harness I won't use.
