Liars and a horrible website
Horrible Website, they fraudulently marked my legitimate website as being a "phishing" site without evidence.
I have tried using their "portal" and submit a manual request at portal.gridinsoft /false-positive but their system keeps sending me confirmation emails and then failing.
"Failed to finalize your request. Please contact support or try the confirmation link again."
Their systems are bad.

Crap
It flagged our 15 years old site, cyberland.ro as malicious!? Just because it has too few visits!? It is the only engine that marked it as such. Tried to report as false positive but their support is useless.

I've got blacklisted
I launched a new website recently for my agency, and I was so fraustrated that Gridinsoft have blacklisted it with a 1/100 score.
Mostly because of high-value pricing and lack of verifiable address on my website.
I reached out to them and I was surprised with how fast the responded back to me, and they manually reviewed my website and removed it from the blacklist.
Honestly this is probably the most responsive and fast acting company I've seen. Thank you so much for your support!

Wow is all I can say
Wow is all I can say! Gridinsoft not only fixed the blacklist problem on their end, but they sent me sooo much information to help me fix all the blacklists AND they gave me contact information for each (even though it wasn't theirs and they didn't have to).
They went above and beyond!

Unprofessional and damaging - 90/94vendors say I'm clean, Gridinsoft ignores me.
I am extremely disappointed with Gridinsoft's service. My website (andrewiseppi.com) has been flagged as "phishing" by their system for over a month.
Fact: 90 out of 91 global security vendors on VirusTotal (including Google, Kaspersky, and Bitdefender) confirm the site is 100% CLEAN. Gridinsoft is the only outlier causing massive reputational and financial damage to my firm.
Despite sending numerous technical reports and legal notices, their support team provides only generic responses without fixing the error. This is professional negligence at its finest. If you are a business owner, beware: their inaccurate database can kill your online presence and they won't lift a finger to fix their mistakes.
