Quick and easy loans, clearly laid out repayments schedule, staff are extremely friendly, courteous and go the extra mile for you and make you feel like a valid customer rather than just a statiatic. I have used GR for many years now and have worked directly with Linda throughout this time and can honestly say she has been nothing short of brilliant in every aspect when it comes to the process, even in those tough moments due to unforeseen circumstances where you may find yourself in a tough position to make a months repayment, shes been there to help navigate those moments with real care and positive solutions, she will go the extra mile for her customers, i personally work nights so when it comes to needing to do the house visit i need the earliest time slot in the morning to do this and she always delivers.

My name is mark My experience with this company has been amazing I deal with Linda and she is amazing she has always gone out of her way to help me the best she can I can not say a bad word I needed to get a new car has I am a lorry driver and with out a car I cant get to work so I asked her if I could have another one and 1 day later I had the money the only thing I think would be better is for the people who actually pay the loans off can have more then the maximum if that makes sense and also have a online portal so you can log in and check balance instead of messaging but apart from that its amazing service thank you so much Linda 😁😁😁

My agent Linda is such a lovely person, kind and friendly. It was such an easy transaction from the first meeting with her to discuss the loan and make sure I could afford to pay it back, definitely no pushing it on you to make you feel like you have to have one, I truly feel she would advice against getting one if she felt it would put you under more pressure with your finances. Always happy to help and answer any questions I have. And also very understanding when ive had other bills come out and mess up my payments with them, there happy to help so you dont go with out. Would highly recommend to anyone.
