Grey Wizard Toys & Collectibles Anmeldelser

Super fast delivery and product was in mint condition!

Very quick delivery and very happy with the cards I recieved! X

I've ordered an 30th anniversary binder and a Greninja Tin but received an greninja EX box insteed!

But! Grey Wizard toys and collecibles did reach out to me for a solution which makes up for the mistake.

Ordered my item and it arrived super fast. Highly recommend.

Delivered when they said it would be. It was well packaged . Exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday

The whole transaction was great. Very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend.

most amazing customer service ever, i couldn’t get my 10% off coupon to work when checking out and didn’t want to miss out on my item so i just ordered it anyways then emailed them and they refunded me the 10%!!

The packaging was great, shipment was fast, objects were in perfect condition

Lego set in perfect condition, no issues whatsoever.

Really easy to navigate the website and excellent collection of pop figures. It was really easy to order online and when I received my order it was very well packaged and the pops were in excellent shape/condition. Will definitely shop again. Thank you.

Pre ordered a hard to find funko pop in January, took the risk as was not estimated in stock until 4 months later. Was kept in formed and the item arrived in perfect condition and was also in a protective case. Very happy son when it arrived.

Great communication from the store with quick responses. Ordered items and they arrived well packaged with no issues. I would definitely recommend Grey Wizard Toys & Collectibles. Will be buying again from them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pre-ordered a very rare Funko pop, was really hopeful it was going be authentic and legitimate and it was! Great delivery, well packaged, gave me updates and answered a query I had with great customer service. Would recommend

Was fairly dubious about using a site id not heard of for a pre order with no release date. You delivered and at a good price, will definitely use again.

Great experience

Very disappointing experience with Grey Wizard Toys.

I returned an unopened parcel using the return label provided through Temu and followed the returns process exactly as instructed. The parcel I returned was the exact same sealed parcel that had originally been delivered to me, and I never opened it.

I have proof of the return, including a drop-off confirmation email, video evidence of me handing the parcel to Evri, and tracking information showing the parcel was delivered to the seller’s return address with GPS confirmation.

Despite this evidence, Grey Wizard Toys denied my refund and their only response was: “Package is not there.”

No investigation details were provided and no evidence was supplied to dispute the courier’s delivery confirmation. As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to refuse a refund when the tracking clearly shows the return was successfully delivered to the seller’s designated returns location.

I have now been forced to escalate the matter through Temu’s claims process to recover my money.

That said, I am willing to be fair. If the parcel has genuinely gone missing after being marked as delivered, then the fault may lie with Evri rather than Grey Wizard Toys. However, as things currently stand, I am left out of pocket despite having evidence that the return was delivered.

I would be more than happy to update or remove this review if the matter is properly investigated and resolved fairly.

As always, the service was fantastic. Delivery was incredibly quick, and the range of products is excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend them.

Great communication every step of the way, quality items and packaged very well!!! Thank you

Always a great service. Will definitely be ordering again.

Was so happy I stumbled upon a hard to get Funko pop! Definitely recommend
