I have expected the immigration process to be more complicated, however the amazing customer service made sure to clear all of my concerns and respond to my questions in a timely manner.

We've been lucky to cross our path with Green Light Canada. We were looking for a professional immigration consultancy for a while until we heard that one of our friends commenced her case with them.

The initial call with Ms. Anna was very informative and satisfying, she answered all of our general questions regarding immigration process to Canada. In order to get more specifics about our case we paid USD 250. Ms. Kate reached out to us in 4 days to discuss the further steps with me and my spouse. Our consultant proved one more time that the whole team is truly knowledgeable, skilled and have empathy throughout the process. After the consultation Ms. Kate has provided me with further instructions, consultation summary and the contract with details about their service. As it is not easy to decide on immigrating to another country we posed dozens of questions. None of them were dodged by Kate, she never failed to provide us with professional answers to all our questions and concerns.

A big applause to my Case Manager, Ms. Inna, who was very dedicated to her job and provided us with the assistance and guidance throughout the entire process, until I and my family received PR.

I would like to highlight their deep knowledge and expertise in providing the right advice. My case wasn't as simple to start with. Despite this, they provided me with timely advice and were always one step ahead.
Every great organization is made up of a fabulous team. My consultants, Evgeny and Pavel were very clear and guided me through each step.
But the most important person for me was ALINA (5 stars for her), my case manager, she took me through the entire process like a person looking after a toddler. She made me understand and ensured that I provided her with the right and best information every time. She is excellent with her communication and is always ahead of the curve.

Very unprofessional and unethical. Especially their consultant Nina. First, they’ll ask you to pay 250$ USD, and they’ll say it's an initial security deposit, and as soon as you pay us, we’ll start looking for a job for you. Once you pay them, they send you another contract saying pay us 3750$USD more for us to start your process. The 250$ that you paid earlier, they suddenly started calling it their fees. Attaching contact as proof of their scam. They are now not even refunding my 250$ but their contract says it's refundable. And their consultant (Nina) said go complain to anyone you feel like we don’t care about this. I wrote a review on their Facebook page as well, and guess what? They removed the review section.
