Paid them $2500 in August 2025 for the caregiver pilot program which is supposed to open in March 2026. The Ceo evgeny sent me an email in October that their licence was suspended and asked me if I wanted to transfer to Evernorth immigration. I called the director (Yana), and she assured me that Evernorth is as good as them and that all their clients are being moved to Evernorth. I consented to my file being transferred and asked them to send me a proof or confirmation, which they never sent. Evernorth finally reached out to me in January after multiple calls. They told me that I am only eligible for a French program. I asked for a refund because that is not the program I paid for the Caregiver pilot program is closed and Evernorth is telling me to reach out to Evgeny to get my money. Evgeny has not been replying to my email since December. The director (Yana) keeps telling me that she no longer has an affiliation with Green Light anymore and they are no longer in business, so I should go ask for a refund from evgeny. I might have to involve the police at this point.

The person who talks to you at first tells you that you are eligible and have high chances of being accepted . Once you pay about 3000$ they transfer you to another person who tells you are not eligible to any program except the entrepreneur program which requires to have 10000$ in your bank account, and they ask you for a bunch of files and papers, so you just give up at the end and you decide to stay in your country before they ask you to pay more!
Then they contact you later to ask you if you have been contacted by their partner Evgeny something (which they have never mentioned before) who "doesn't have his licence anymore" just to appear like they care about you.
Don't trust anyone, if you wanna immigrate, just go to the embassy.

Based on my personal experience, I had serious issues with Green Light Canada. I paid for immigration services, and after my final payment, all communication stopped. At that time, the process was still ongoing under a proposed business/investment immigration program for Canada, but no services were completed and no further responses were received. I am currently pursuing formal complaints and legal action through the appropriate channels. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to thoroughly verify any immigration service provider before making payments.

Green Light Canada Immigration does not work properly. They take a lot of money from people and have scammed many clients. They also pressure people to leave positive reviews on Google. Please do not trust anyone blindly, and do not pay money to this fraud company for any type of visa.
They stole my money by making big claims about a ‘zero-risk policy.’ They have already taken around 17,000 US dollars from me, and now they are refusing to return it. It is an arrogant and scam company. Some of its people are still trying to escape responsibility by giving excuses and blaming others.

This Man Blumin wrote to me , convinced me that their success rate is 100% and that If the process doesn't work , the funds transferred to him would be refunded, that he runs ZERO RISK POLICY. These are all lies , DO NOT believe him . If you have paid money to him , I'm very sorry , you won't get your money back and you will keep getting promises upon promises until you are tired or Blumin and his company will stop responding to you. This is exactly what you will get at the end . Now, Someone will respond that they don’t know me , this is just their way , Blumin, Geno, Ina, magda , Nino these are members of Green light canada immigration. These were the staff Blumin used to get the funds from me and never live up to his promises. Posterity will not forgive him and all that he used to duped me . He collected about 7,600 dollars from me since July 2022 and never did anything up till now . I have written to Blumin several times and he has taken it as a joke , we shall see , and I have warned him that he is dealing with an African man , it may delay but he definitely pay back .

I do not understand why the trust pilot rating is like this. I obtained my permanent residency as an outland applicant and I am very satisfied with their service. They are responsible and professional. Moreover, they show you the right way, not the path that costs you more.

I want to apologies if my previous positive review ( they asked me during the immigration procedure to post a positive review, I shouldn't have cooperated.) had misled anyone into dealing with this company. My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. I lost more than 2 years in vain. After securing a job offer for me they kept delaying my application submition unnecessarily until they told me that the employer no longer have a job for me. Despite that, they encouraged me to still submit my application even though I don't have a valid job offer. Finally, I got my work visa, but they didn't tell that I cannot enter Canada and get my work permit without a valid job offer. Instead, they encouraged me to book a ticket, travel to Canada and look for a job there. they didn't tell that I would be deported in the next flight back home and possibly get a 5 years ban.
In conclusion, dealing with this company is a waist of money and time. I strongly not recommend it.

All the positive reviews are from same circle of people, don’t fall victim like I and my wife.

They are scammers who finds way to exploit people who are willing to migrate to Canada. In fact they even went to the length of providing us Job offer, I contacted the employer myself, the employer said they don’t know Green Light Canada. I was asked to report them to the appropriate authority. I have been in contact with the so called employer. Imagine an offer without Interview or speaking to the prospective employer.

I paid this fraudulent company $3000 on 10/01/2024 after they gave my wife a fake offer. 7weeks after the first payment.
I paid another $3000 on 25/03/2025 for the second stage of LMIA. Attached is the receipt.

I noticed they now delay responding to emails, it takes them a week to respond, they never give update but always posting me to be patient, until I sent another email to them regarding my colleagues that went to another company and got all his documentation and travel down to Canada within 6months, That was when they told me they withdrew my application along the line and I was never notified and yet you went ahead to ask for second stage payment.

I have all your pictures, agreement, emails and even the fake offer letters and also voice record of our conversations from day one till my last email to you. I will surely publish it out to safe people from falling into your trap.

Towards the end of the year I got another email saying their company parted ways with Evgeny and now Lifanov’s is in charge. Well that’s your problem I don’t care who is the owner of the company now, when the time comes both of them will figure out who is responsible for the fraudulent act.

You can get away with this act ONLY if I don’t make it down to Canada in months to come, if your office/address isn’t existing or if social media is ban in the entire world.

I paid Green Light Immigration $4,000 to help me apply under the Caregiver Pilot Program. They accepted my case and collected payment before IRCC had even released the full eligibility criteria. They told me I was eligible — only for me to later discover that I was never qualified due to my permit type and outdated work experience.

Instead of warning me about the risks or waiting for official program requirements, they went ahead and took my money based on assumptions. This lack of transparency is a huge red flag and clearly indicates their fraudulent intentions.
