Our property was probably a little more complicated than most. Its an old 3 storey granite cottage with 4 feet thick walls. We qualified for the eco4 flex scheme and you have insulated the internal walls, ceilings, installed an air source heat pump and fitted 9 solar panels. The work carried out has taken 3 weeks and all contractors have been most professional. Still got 1 or 2 small jobs to complete but i cant fault the quality of the work or staff. The solar panels have only been up and running for 3 days but its great to watch the app and see all that free energy! Plenty of hot water, but radiators are off now as its july and their not required.
Thanks again and if anyone is considering this scheme, then we can highly recommend Green house energy.

A terrible experience with this company. They supposedly carried out internal insulation on my flat I let out.Once they had finished they left the electrics in a dangerous state and I had to send an election over to fix all the loose sockets and wires. The hob had to be replaced as they damaged it. I had to send a tiler over to replace all the broken tiles and I could go on. I have been trying to chase up the paperwork for the works carried out but with no luck. Avoid this company you have been warned

Thankyou Mark and all at Greenhouse Energy who have been amazing. Moved here 12 weeks ago to hardly any heating and no hot water. Became very ill because of situation. Greenhouse Energy have since done my insulation and central heating

Just had my loft insulation installed by Marc and his Apprentice I can highly recommend this company and both these lads, they were polite, courteous and their work is excellent. Can absolutely recommend this company and these two employees to anybody.

Great from start to finish, installed new boiler and loft insulation - quick, clean and professional.

I spent months working on the Green Home Grants application with this company, received my voucher and they were booked in to do the work. I got a phone call the night before to say they weren't coming because they had not received confirmation from the government scheme that they would be paid. It took me 10 mins to get hold of the Green Home Grants scheme to get confirmation they would be paid, but despite this, Greenhouse Energy refuse to do the work and didn't even have the courtesy to contact me to let me know. Left me high and dry. Shoddy customer service.

Fabulous service, from applying online, the whole process took less than 6 weeks.To have brand new first time central heating installed is a huge bonus, but to have it all sorted by Greenhouse makes it all the better. All the people are friendly and efficient. Can't thank them enough. Very impressed.

Ben and the team did an amazing job fitting full central heating for my 80 year old mother. They limited the mess for her and showed her great respect and patience. The job 5 radiators and a new boiler was completed in two days. The guys did a wonderful clean up job my mum felt safe in her home with them around and enjoyed the banter. We did have to pay a top up it was not free but far less than quotes we had been given. Ben came across as a genuine caring man who wanted my mum to have heating and hotwater before Christmas . From contacting him to having the job done was two weeks. They also fitted loft insulation and put vents in the bathroom. A great team I would highly recommend. Great job.

Would highly recommend Greenhouse Energy. We had full first time central heating fitted under the government scheme. Ben, who came to assess what we needed, was extremely professional and put us at ease. He stayed in contact throughout the whole process to ensure we were happy. The fitters were efficient and explained everything they were doing. They even cleaned up after themselves and when there was a slight problem after they had left on the final day they returned immediately when we phoned them.
