I ordered from them a few times but gave up after a severe delivery problem. I got myself removed from their mailing list but after several months they started spamming me and all attempts to unsubscribe have failed

Ive now had 3 Lancashire pasties.. and wow . Why on earth is is dowsed with pepper. To the point your throat burns. Absolutely ridiculous. No need for that amount of pepper. Its overtakes the flavour of rhe food itself.. no more for me

Ordered through Just Eat. If this shop calls you and tells you they can’t cancel and you have to cancel because they don’t have the items.. DON’T! They keep your money, and you won’t get a refund. Total scam.

This company has no respect for anyone. Everytime their van turns up it beeps its horn. I’ve called many a time and they don’t care. This company is disrespectful, ignorant and has no consideration for others.

Very disappointed not what it use to be smaller and less tasty

Has anyone else noticed that Greenhalghs has increased their prices AND at the same time, cheaped out on the ingredients? Your pastries all taste like old pig fat these days. In the past, I could tell that the pastry was made with butter. Nowadays, everything you make tastes cheap and nasty. The crumpet loaf, although still makes delicious toast, has shrunk (getting six and a half slices, not eight). Even the confectionery section has gone down the pan. Boring with no variation, and cheap tasting also. Sandwiches are uninspired, to say the least. I have had deliveries from every Greenhalghs in Bolton. All of the stores are terrible.

Friday 15th May visited the Cheadle shop.
I ordered a flat white coffee . I could not believe my eyes when the coffee machine stopped. The lady poured the spill tray contents into my cup.
I asked her if she had just poured the spill tray into my cup she said she had that some of the coffee missed the cup.
I refuse to have that cup and she made another cup this time with no spill content.
I was so put off that I couldn’t drink the coffee or the food I purchased.
I’m really disappointed that any catering company would do that .
I will also look to take this further.

I ordered a three cheese maxi sandwich at a cost of £5.88 to be delivered. I received a muffin with a small slice of cheese and a pile of lettuce, no other salad items. I'm very unimpressed and will probably not order from this shop again. I'm disabled and struggle to prepare food at home but could manage to make a lettuce sandwich at a far lower cost. The drink delivered was also incorrect

I had Greenhalgh’s today and they have just introduced some new food to their menu. So, I tried the chicken Kiev pie, the salt and pepper roll and the tomato and spring onion quiche. All of which were excellent and very flavoursome. I hope they keep them on the menu!

There was nothing in the store at platt bridge, very poor selection of everything. To be told if needed a traditional pasty mid week you had to order it on a Saturday my husband had a ciabatta mint lamb and cheddar, the filling was tasty but the ciabatta was well over cooked. This is a new store, I will return my custom back to Galloways.

I always use Greenhalghs when I need to send a gift to a friend or family member. I recently sent some school cakes and crumpet loaf and they absolutely adored them! A great delivery thank you!

Bought 8 Lancashire Pasties online...oh dear . What an expensive mistake!
Besides being very small, the filling is mainly mashed potato (probably instant mash) with a hint of mince and veg.
Avoid like the plague...
Put them in freezer for when I get desperate...

Expensive nad now mainly pastry with minimal filling. No wonder so many or now choosing carrs instead. The amount of pastry is ridiculous. Last time I ever go to greenhaulghs.

Party pies full of filling and very tasty too.

£3.45 for a cup of tea to take out, your a rip off. This was in Bolton.

I ordered a buffet for 25 for my Mum's Memorial. It was incredible and suited the location in my Mum's Care Home. It was quality food and enjoyed by all who attended, Thank You, also to the Staff at Brackley St Farnworth, who were brilliant when collecting the food.

I've ordered twice from here now and the food has been great.

steak and gravy pie-awesome
I've had quite a few other things and they have been really good, sweet desserts are also very good.

Will be ordering again.

Wherever there’s a Greehalghls there will be a Galloways or Greggs near Greenhalgha are far too expensive these days. They have priced themselves out of the market. Due to greed. Stop wasting your hard earned money and try the alternatives.

Absolutely rubbish, can’t deliver my order, known all day and never contacted me, can’t refund me, as lady at customer service doesn’t do this???? Stated it will be delivered tomorrow when I’m away for a week???? STAY AWAY
