Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Followed instructions but the moths I saw caught escaped (well 2 out of 3 did) Reviews suggested adding a bit of washing up liquid to the water. Next night there were 3 moths. I did see two moths the next evening one very close the other a couple of metres away.....perhaps not box moths as there were no more corpses. Still total of 4 moths caught at this time of year, so let's hope my box plants fair better next season

Organic Gardeners Dream
I'm very impressed with Green Gardener and feel foolish for not finding them sooner. I needed Fuschia Gall Mite sachets and besides being excellent value compared to other stores, they arrived next day. Highly recommended, clear instructions supplied making for a completely trouble free, easy experience.

FOXWatch flimsy mains cable
Bought the FOXWatch. Am yet to see how it works as on the first night foxes bit through the flimsy £14 mains cable sold with it. Green Gardener wouldn’t accept this under the warranty. Total waist of money. Am now trying with battery. Will see if it works…
UPDATE: two mornings now and the foxes are literally sat in front of the FOXWatch. Doesn’t seem to work.

Unbelievably fantastically indescribably great!!!
I still can't believe how amazing this transaction was!! I ordered A Thing online, paid by credit card, Green Gardener took my money, wrapped up A Thing and POSTED IT TO ME!!! I didn't even have to leave my house, how amazing is THAT, I know?!? This online shopping thing could really catch on. Even better, every 5 minutes after my Thing was delivered, Green Gardener send me a new email asking me if everything went well and asking me to review theme - how's THAT for customer service, eh? Have to stop writing now as I have to call all my friends and tell them just how wonderful the folks at Green Gardener really are!!

Customer service non existent
Item I ordered was useless, ladybird larvae arrived dead. No signs of life, no ladybirds appeared. Contacted customer service but they couldn't have cared less. Shocking customer service.

bought the apparent ladybird larvae followed instructions to the letter but think i paid £30 for shredded paper and two cloth bags no sign of the company caring respond to emails but please dont waste your money as well

Sorry to hear you feel this way, ladybirds are an effective natural treatment for dealing with aphids.
Based on your emails, It sounds like your aphid infestation is breeding quicker than the ladybird larvae can eat them. The biology of aphids is quite complex and lends itself to rapid multiplication and dispersal. Most species are all female, do not need to mate and rarely lay eggs. Instead, first instar nymphs are born and begin feeding almost immediately. Aphids multiply quickly, so it can take a combination of methods as well as repeated efforts to completely control them. A simple internet search will also confirm this if you don’t believe us.
Hence the advice given is correct and spot treating is what we’d have suggested before and after letting the ladybirds loose had you contacted us before hand to give the ladybirds a chance of getting on top of the problem.
The only way you’d get rid of aphids instantly is using a pesticide which we don’t condone. Green gardening is a marathon and not a sprint, you must trust that it’s doing its thing and all you can do is help it along.

The ordering process and delivery times were fine but most of the Ladybirds are dead- this is very cruel. I won't order again.
