Great environmentally friendly products, very quick delivery

Ordered some nematodes but unfortunately they were delivered outside of 24hr Royal Mail times. Royal Mail advised us to contact seller. We were then told by Green Gardener that nematodes can actually survive up to 7 days in the post. By Day 7 still no delivery. When they finally arrived, Green Gardener then said thay actually they can live longer than 7 days in the post. Read everywhere and this is incorrect information, complete lies. Asked for a refund and then Green Gardener stopped answering emails. AVOID

Green Gardener have replied below but I can confirm that they have not responded to multiple emails, last on 16th May, so more lies. If only they would be as quick to respond to emails as they are to a Trustpilot review. At no point was a return and refund offered, only told the nematodes would be fine for up to 7 days, and then told they would be fine over 7 days. I would also imagine that they would argue that as it is a live product this would be ineligible for refund. If you don’t want to risk wasting your money, AVOID.

I needed a garlic smoke bomb for my greenhouse as it is full of produce and has early signs of white fly. My local garden centres only stock sulphur based bombs. So I surfed the net and found Green Gardener. A nice product. Competative price and prompt delivery. Thanks.

Very swift delivery and very good customer service

Quite simply excellent service from talking me through options when I called to despatch and receipt of our ladybirds. I had a small issue which was dealt with quickly and professionally and I really haven't received service like this for a while, thank you!

This company is conning people by telling them their lawn has fleas and they can treat them with nemotodes. This is utter rubbish. Fleas are dog fleas, cat fleas, hedgehog fleas etc. There is no such a thing as lawn fleas.

I bought a sonic animal repeller from “The Green Gardener” hoping it would keep pests out of my garden, but it was a complete waste of money. The device barely worked, and after a short time it stopped functioning altogether. Despite following the instructions exactly, animals continued to dig up my plants like nothing was there.
Customer service was equally disappointing — slow responses and no real solution offered. I expected a durable, effective product, but instead got something unreliable and poorly supported. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Wer hochwertige Pflanzen bestellen möchte, bestellt besser nicht in diesem Shop, vielleicht können sie in Sachen Schädlingsbekämpfung mehr punkten.
Die Pflanze die ich erhalten habe war jedenfalls von sehr schlechter Qualität und sehr schlecht verpackt.
Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe, im Impressum ist eine Mobilnummer angegeben, erreichen kann man da niemanden.
Die Mailbox ist „lustig“ besprochen, einen Rückruf erhält man allerdings nicht!
Per Mail ist die Kommunikation ebenfalls schwierig, mein Wunsch die Ware zurückzuschicken wurde abgelehnt, danach erhielt ich keine Antwort mehr!

Great service as always, from this company. Nematodes ordered, dispatched and delivered all as expected. Leatherjacket nematodes had about 6 weeks on the use by date, although may have been more. (I've used them so can't check.)

Ordered the spring and autumn nematodes, so I just wait until the next order pops through my door around September onwards.

I placed an order earlier this year and then realised I had ordered the product to early to use. After sending an e mail the product was placed on hold. A member of the team contacted me on the same day to ask when I needed the product. It was shipped out to me a couple of weeks ago.

Leather jacket treatment. Clear instructions, easy to administer through the additional bought attachment for the hosepipe. I regularly buy products from the Green Gardner and they never disappoint.

Product dispatched on correct date and arrived promptly. Clear instructions on use.
Waiting now to see if the product works as advertised. My crops last year were devastated by slugs so I am excited to see the difference this year having treated the growing area.
