I have contacted customer service 3 times now as no wine stopper was in the back pack and they didn’t even bother to come back to me once or send me one out… poor service

I am really happy with the quality and purchase. Loved the goodie inside it - wine cap and opener. Packaging of item was poor which can be improved.
