Very good quality small flask, delivered promptly.

Don’t really recommend buying from them. I bought a picnic basket from them only to arrive in two different shades of brown, the top did not match the bottom ( obviously very different from the picture) plus one of the glasses had a manufacturer fault. I emailed them several times before i called to be advised that the email address on the website is wrong. They gave me a new email address. I forwarded my email to the new one, and haven’t heard anything for several days. Called again and spoke with someone that didn’t really seemed interested in me or my problem. After insisting that she is not receiving my emails she sent me an email so i can forward her the photos. After all that she just went on to say that i need to return the basket and they will send me a replacement. I did stress it was urgent that I need it for a birthday, she didn’t seem to care. Anyway long story short I returned the faulty one, never heard back on when i will get a replacement or a refund. Better buy somewhere else.

Order arrived full of broken glass. No response from seller despite multiple attempts to contact. Left with a product i cant use and no support to sort the issue. Sales email address sends auto response saying emails not monitored. Avoid at all cost!

The package was shipped DHL and we still have not received as it has been held up by DHL sighting customs fees. However, we have been quoted three different fees with no documentation! We are still waiting for DHL to get back with details and deliver. This has bottom been a good experience as we ordered the items on 1 April 2026 and still nothing received by 12 April.

Lovely solid bottle. Only used it with cold drinks and they stayed cold for a good time.

I ordered a hamper and a flask with cups for my aunt as a gift for her birthday. My package arrived incomplete (no flasks or cups) and what was there was damaged. There were chains on the hamper lid which had not been secured so a glass had been smashed and there were shards all over the bottom. I tried to call the company on many occasions over several days and got an automated response saying there were no operatives available then the call was ended. I have sent several emails and completed an online form and had no response at all from the company. I would not recommend using them at all.

I’ve just got back from holiday. The two picnic baskets were delivered just before I went away, so I had no time to check them. However, I have just opened them and one basket has two broken glasses and one broken plate. The other basket has the strap that holds the plates not actually attached to the basket so totally useless. In short, not such a good buy as I thought.

Great product,quick delivery

Ordered the picnic hamper, the item broke after the first use. Contacted customer services and was told I could get a refund or a replacement. The firm took a few months to send me the return details, which I had to chase multiple times. I returned the product, which the company has received as it was tracked delivery. However since returning the item I have not received any communication for over 2 months again. I have emailed and phoned multiple times yet still no response. The company has my money still and the faulty item.

Would avoid at all costs!

I ordered the flask set and I am delighted with it. It arrived very quickly and was securely and protectively packed.

Ordered 4 ite.s ( Purleck Willow Picnic Baskets ). One arrived broken...I have tried for a week to make contact with Greenfield collection regarding the broken items in the picnic basket ( £50 )...After numerous attempts to email/ contact/ring them nobody from Greenfield Collection will reply or even acknowledge my attempt to contact them.

I ordered two hamper baskets in the same colour blue I am not happy with the way they are made one in particular
the zipped in partition is not lined up so the stripes are out of line and the stripe material has flaws in it So I would like them both exchanged for better ones as they are both for Christmas presents

I was really pleased with this hamper which I’ve bought for my daughter. It’s sturdy with lovely leather straps. The cutlery , plates and glasses are good quality too
There’s lots of room in the cool bag area for a great picnic
