Delays in getting a date to instal the panels, delays in installing the panels, delays in getting the system connected, delays in getting the heat pump installed and connected, delays in getting the battery, delays in getting the battery installed, delays in getting the battery working. And all with very little communication unless we continuously rang them. They seem to have lots of different departments that don’t actually communicate very well together. Wish we’d had a different company.

Just had a fault on my system and had Daniel the engineer arrive on time, he was very helpful and wanted to ensure the system was 100% working before he left, Thankyou very much Daniel and Greener Living

The service engineer Andy was prompt and very thorough and helpful and explained what he had done and what I needed to know about the system to help keep it right things that I had not been told after the original installation

Recently had my air source from greener living, I was apprehensive at first given I knew very little about them but I felt at ease from the minute they visited. From sales, installation through to arranging some appointments for snagging it all felt too good to be true. I’ve had no problems to this point but everytime I have called to ask the many questions I have had lol they have been brilliant. I have already recommended to some family members.

Daniel was very professional and arrived on time he also explained about getting the best out of the temperature setting

I'm very impressed with the Greener Living team and its response to my problem. I don't think the install 18 months ago was perfect, and that caused some problems now. When the heat pump stopped working while I was away on holiday, they visited my property at very short notice (on Easter Sunday!), assessed the problem, installed a temporary solution that restored hot water to the property, followed up within days with a technician who fixed the issue for good, sent an electrician a day later to repair the display, and gave excellent communications throughout.

Staff on the helpline were a pleasure to deal with. The technicians they sent were excellent, clearly competent and knowledgeable.

Areas for improvement? A better install first time would have been great, but that's water under the bridge now. Oh, and the helpline hold music is awful: please can we have a periodic indication of where we are in the queue?

Andy from Greener Living visited us today to do our 2nd Annual Service He was a very nice guy and very thorough

Daniel visited today for our annual service he was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man he started in the loft where the tank and everything is cleaning the filter and testing everything while up there he noticed a couple of small leaks which he fixed, downstairs he went round checking everything, I had a small problem with my downstairs monitor but he noticed that before I could ask him and fixed that for me, outside he checked everything over we’ve had a issue with water leaking from the bottom of the unit onto the drive and not going down the pipe to the drain he made some adjustments there and hopefully that will cure the problem, To sum up Daniel did a good job and he is an excellent ambassador as the face of green living.

Just had the annual service done by Daniel and as usual he arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Always offers good advice and spots any potential issues and suggests solutions, an obvious asset to Greener Living.

Google communication from the company and engineer to get the service done. The system has run really well since it was fitted two years ago. We are really happy with it. The service engineer, Daniel did a great job and told me more about the system as he worked. This system works well for our semi detached 1960s home and its much greener than our old gas system. Love it.

Andy Potts came to do my annual maintenance check on my Air Source Heat Pump this year -(He did last years check as well) He is always friendly and polite, and aways explains what he is doing at every point, so that I understand. If I have any queries lined up for him, he always solves the problem! He is always very tidy and takes away any rubbish, and is always careful to remove his shoes before he goes upstairs to do the checks! A thoroughly nice bloke (well ‘housetrained’!)

Andy came to service my air source heat pump, he kept me informed of his arrival time.
The service was carried out quickly and efficiently and he gave me a few tips on the efficient running of the system, which I was unaware of.

Daniel came today to service our system - now just over two years old. First class service. Called around 30 minutes before arrival. It was his first time here so after a quick look round he delivered the service. He checked fault logs, bled the system, fixed a few "weeping" components re-pressurised the system. He also tweaked the domestic water temperature. He also sorted out a small admin issue. First class and a credit to Greener Living.

Andy Potts, enginner of Greener Living did a brilliant job today in servicing and doing all the checks for our heat pump and answering all the queries I had which is much appreciated. Thank you. Brad Hopkins of Stretton, Burton on Trent.

Andy did a great job returning to the property, just two days after the request to fit a water collection kit to the underside of the heat pump. The work was conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Daniel came today to service my ASHP from greener living, on time and without a doubt a very well mannered young man. Polite, respectful and didn't mind taking his shoes off. Explained everything he'd done, answered all my questions, even sorted 2 small leaks that I'd noticed. Would highly recommend this young man. A credit to greener living.

Came on time. Familiar with the kit. Helpful. Knew what he was doing.
