Always prompt delivery and reliable service from Great Wine Company. The Vinho Verde wines that I purchased were excellent as is most of 5he wine from Portugal that I have sampled.
Have been using these for a while now. Always had great service. I usually buy when offers are on and never disappointed with price and quality of wines.

Care and consideration to correct an order, together with an added discount, following a simple mistake, which TGWC acknowledged instantly. Most courteous. Also great wine very safely packed and delivered as promised on time.

GWC helpful, accuratE. DPD late.
Needed to delay the delivery; very helpful customer service allowed that to happen. Perfect
However, DPD decided to add an extra (unsolicited) day of their own!
Again, GWC customer service came up trumps in sorting it satisfactorily.

Good customer service
Although there was a small issue/discrepancy involving a discount offer, the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner, excellent customer service. As for the wine, I have to wait for reports from recipient :)

Simple, affordable, convenient
I've been ordering a case of my favourite white wine from the Great Wine Company every year for some years now. Surprisingly, the price has not gone up appreciably, and the entire process of ordering and doorstep delivery continues to be flawless. What's not to like?
