Very nice tea glasses, haven’t stopped using them since my purchase, will be buying some larger ones make a set.
Brilliant all round

I have just ordered the Silver Needle white tea and it came in lovely branded packaging, arriving very quickly! The quality is very impressive, I’m looking forward to trying more from the range

Great selection of tea, rare and different to compliment everyone's taste. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast. Recommend giving it a go.

Basically it’s beautiful green tea. Delivery is a bit slow, but the packaging allows it to post easily through the letterbox.

Not only a fantastic tea, but a great experience.
The brief for Great Tea was simple... our family love Yorkshire Tea.
We couldn't have asked for a more friendly service, Alex recommended a 6g biscuit to get started, and guided us towards its Yunnan Old Tree Sweet Golden Green Puer Tea.
It takes practice, but not as long as I thought before we experienced the most delightful, refreshing tea... and no milk or sugar is required.
Not only have we been converted, even my 13yr old son loves it.

A fantastic range to choose form, excellent prices and fast delivery, need i say more thank you, Great tea.

I can’t recommend Great Tea enough!
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The order was processed quickly, packaged with great care, and everything arrived exactly as described.

The teas themselves are exceptional quality — fresh, full of character, and clearly sourced with real knowledge and passion. Each tea had its own distinct profile, and you can really tell the attention that’s gone into selecting and aging them properly.

Great Tea clearly knows their stuff, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting! If you’re serious about good tea and want a reliable, professional company to buy from, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Well done Great Tea Limited

Great Tea is an absolutely brilliant website. The range of teas is exceptional, with everything from classic favourites to more unusual and interesting varieties, all clearly explained and easy to explore. What really stood out for me as a novice was how informative and approachable the site is. The tasting notes and brewing tips were genuinely helpful and gave me confidence to try new teas without feeling overwhelmed.

The quality of the teas, the depth of information and the overall presentation show real passion and expertise. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was prompt. I’d highly recommend Great Tea to anyone looking to learn more about tea while enjoying a fantastic selection.

Was introduced to Great Tea by a friend... Excellent quality loose-leaf tea. Fresh, full of flavour and clearly well sourced. Great variety to choose from on the website. Thank you.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had, alongside getting one of the best premium products I have had globally.

Great Tea obviously takes great care, pride, and responsibility in sourcing their teas, and at such an amazing cost.

Fabulous tea and a great, swift service. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I’m very happy with my most recent regular orders on this site. Great Tea offers a wide variety of delicious, exceptional teas that I highly recommend. If you are demanding when it comes to tea quality, you will find some excellent teas here.

The tea is superb quality, I’ve not had anything of the same standard in the UK. The range provided by Great Tea is exceptional and I look forward to trying out more of the range once I get through my Peach Oolong!
