Brilliant healthy snacks, excellent customer service. Recommended for anyone wanting to snack a little healthier

Lovel, tasty varied selection, love the use of corn and broad beans so low in calories and mini dips are a sweet treat.

I tried it for few weeks. First free box was great, great selection, nice snacks. Then it went donwhill, as soon as I started paying for the boxes. Each time I was getting snacks clearly rated by me as ones I dont want or ones not even in my box type. What's the point of asking customers to rate snacks based on what they like if they're just going to give me what they want and not even some nice snacks, just clearly ones they have too much stock of and want to get rid of

Graze has great productions! However, I ran into some issues with cancelling my account(User error) and when I reach out they were very helpful. They quickly cancelled my account and gave me a refund. Very nice company and Lisa was friendly and helpful!

Great snacks, a little expensive to have daily but they are good. The packs of nuts are quite short in their portions to be honest and the bars have shrunk quite a bit but otherwise they do taste good - especially for a health snack

I’ve selected the snacks below 150 calories. It a great way to go if you’re counting your calories or aiming to improve your diet. There’s many tasty options to keep you happy. Healthy snacking is positive step. I like that the box fits through my letterbox and drops every Friday. I’d recommend Graze.

I’ve only received 1 out of the 3 boxes I’ve paid for so cannot offer a review on all boxes.
As a domiciliary carer I needed snack s for between clients that I could eat while driving.
I’ve so far received 2 packs of nuts, 1 bread sticks with peanut butter and flapjacks. All tasted good, some impractical for the car journey.

I was charged without my consent similar to many customers. I just want to try it once, and you make me subscribe without noticing. I would say it is a kind of scam. You will answer by guiding me how to cancel my subscription but why do I need to cancel a subscription that I have not chosen to make.
Could you refund me my money and quit this type of almost scam business.

Underwhelmed, overpriced selection of cheap snacks wrapped in plentiful marketing. Not sure I get the point, or understand the value here; a random selection of small snacks from a (vaguely) curated list arrive each week. There’s five working days in a week; yet four little trays arrive so which workday is snack free…? Decisions decisions!
I’d not pay more than 60p for a plastic tray of similar flavoured fragments but these are around £1.25 each - and I didn’t even get to choose them!
Tried it for a few weeks (so you don’t have to!) the value offering here is pretty poor.

I love all the flapjacks and the smoky barbecue the best and the coconut flakes I just love them so much

The range of snacks is fab-they are all different but I’ve loved everything I tried.

Easy to order, such a delightful array of snacks. Which is perfect for those on a calorie controlled diet, as well as vegans and diabetics. Dispatched fast and packed with care. So happy with my subscription. Would recommend.

The snacks are really nice but one of my boxes was stolen unfortunately.
sign up and referral system are easy and my family’s boxes have impressed them. Missed my chance to try the cookies that where apparently in my box haha.

Always arrives on time. Great variety of snacks. So far have liked all of them.

I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience.

Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it’s not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on after a few email going back and forth. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra snack.

The whole experience was painful and, when they don’t value their clients I would never buy or order anything again from Graze.

All the boxes I have had so far have been really delicious

I tried the 1st free trial and I loved it! Great product and service! The snacks are heathy + not a lot of plastic used in the packaging so great for the environment.
