Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

Decent snacks
Good products but the constant 'loyalty' leaflets which ask you to buy X to get one free are a bit annoying. I'd rather get every 10th box free or something similar.

We do offer discounts in our online shop to graze account holders, and you can earn a free box when someone signs up with your friendcode, but we can appreciate that you'd rather see some more regular subscription based rewards.

Delicious affordable snacks
Love receiving my graze box every week. Every snack is delicious and makes it feel like a treat.
I also feel like it's great value for money and I like that I can change the snack I receive.

Regular subscription
My regular subscription allowed me to get an idea of my favourites. And my family all love the flapjacks and I have to order extra. The savoury snacks have helped me to reduce calories for my lunch and to keep my weight down.

Protein cocoa flapjacks were out of…
Protein cocoa flapjacks were out of stock but replaced quickly. The size is however smaller and the quality not nearly as good. I have been a customer with Graze for many years and these were a favourite.
Don't think I will order again

We're very sorry if you have been disappointed by your recent cocoa vanilla flapjack purchases.
We did recently rework the recipe of this snack to ensure we could meet new government guidelines on fat, sugar and salt, but we tested it extensively both internally and with a group of graze customers to ensure the product was still delicious. We're really sorry that the new recipe isn't working for you though.

Choking hazard foreign object
I received them with a large bit of string like the width of a shoe lace 3 inches long on which I choked on. This is pure negligence and could of killed me or young members of my family. Thankfully I’m alive I have contacted them but no reply. I’ve not eaten since traumatised by it.

We have strict quality and safety controls in our facility, and we operate to the highest standards, including HACCP systems and BRC certification. Incidents like this are very rare and we are keen to investigate - I can see that our customer service team has already responded to your email so that we can assist further.
They stole me 7€
I got a free box from my university but I had to put my banking details in order to get the nuts.
They took me 7€ and after complaining several times and after talking to the manager nothing changed. 7€ for a bunch of nuts. Disgusted

Amazing variety, worth every penny.
Honestly couldn’t recommend graze enough, was looking for weeks for a good snack box that would deliver to me, but I always found that it’s not really worth my money, but with graze I really think it’s worth it, and with the huge selection of treats I get different ones every week. My family was skeptical at first until I let them try sone of my snacks now when they come they always take one from my box. Love the variety and love the overall concept, I will be with graze for a very long time.

Genuine company
Tasty, imaginative, healthy snacks and genuine, caring customer service!
If you're comparing the cost of these to snacks offered by Lidl and Aldi, as some reviewers have, then they'll probably seem slightly more expensive. But every other outlet seems expensive compared to these budget supermarkets! Otherwise, compared to coffee shops and other supermarkets, these snacks are very reasonable at around £1 each. They're also much more interesting and varied.
Absolutely love the Marmite range, and thanks for taking the gluten and dairy out of this!

Not as good as it use to be!
Some of their snacks are yummy some taste like the bits that have fallen off the production line and should have been swept up and put in the bin! You need a bottle of water to eat any of their snacks as everything is very very dry.
I used graze when they first came out and they were really good at sending out a variety of snacks this time round I’m already getting duplicates and I’m only 5 weeks in. Bit poor, not sure how long I’ll bother to keep going with it as at a £1 per snack it’s not cheep! Will probably go back to getting my healthy snacks from Aldi and weighting them out myself in reusable Tupperware to save on plastic waste and my hard earned cash!

It's great to hear that you find some of our snacks yummy but we are sorry that not all of them are to your taste.
We are also sorry to hear that there has been repetition in your boxes, we try to send snacks rated as love and like more often, so it may be that we are sending snacks we believe you wished to receive more regularly.
However, it is also the case that we have experienced some supply issues recently that have affected stock levels and we are sorry if this has affected the snacks included in your orders.
I can assure you that we are working as hard as we can to get all the snacks available again.
We think our snacks represent great value for money (not to mention the convenience of getting them delivered straight to your door! The stuff you get from the boxes isn't…
The stuff you get from the boxes isn't all that bad, in fact I liked some of them. But this company seems to be charging me money whenever I cancelled my order, I am very angry about this and would suggest people to delete their accounts if you don't want to order from them anymore.
Also, another funny thing about them. When trying to cancel you have to press cancel 3-4 times before it cancels.

We would never charge anyone for trying to cancel, so if you were charged a cancellation fee of any kind then please do email us at hello@graze.com, so we can look into that further.
We are working on streamlining our cancellation process, as we do know that having to confirm that you want to cancel multiple times isn't ideal for our grazers. Thanks so much for the feedback on cancelling though, as we are always looking at how to improve, so this definitely helps!
