The process was thorough, but slow, and the communication was terrible, with phone calls not being returned in a timely manner, if at all. E mail was a little better, but the firm repeatedly documented my middle name wrong, even though they had my proof of identity documents, including passport and bank statements. Despite me telling them this repeatedly all my documents mention my name incorrectly, I only managed to speak to my conveyancer by telephone twice in the whole process. I was a cash buyer for a property, there were no estate agents or third parties involved other than myself and the vendor. The whole process took over 6 months, I will not be using their service again, Graysons took over my previous solicitors firm of favell, smith and Lawson with whom I had a much better experience when purchasing a property.

We used Graysons solicitors when selling a property recently. We found the quote to be very reasonable and the customer service excellent. We were kept updated throughout the process and didn’t have to chase anything up with them.
