The customer service is absolutely stellar! They answered my email within literally five minutes and they refunded the UPS charge since I wasn’t home and had to work that day that it was delivered.

Where is my order?
The money was removed out of my account February 12 and was told there's a delay. They gave me a 20 % discount but still no wine. Next week they're going to take money out of my account for March. My order is for 4 boxes of wine which is what I order every month
And I'm still waiting for my February order. I'm thinking about cancelling the rest of my orders and look elsewhere

I emailed about an issue with my last order and they answered promptly and very courteously.
Not worth the Hassle.
Apparently the product I purchased was out of stock. The major frustration was with customer care not being able to provide any kind of estimate for delivery. I canceled the order and probably won’t attempt to purchase in the future.

Gratsi is not only the BEST sugar free vino out there but the customer service is absolutely amazing! I’ve been a subscriber for a couple years now and I’ve rarely needed to contact them but when I do it’s a super quick and friendly response, which is so appreciated these days :)

First of all I love their Rose Wine ..it’s absolutely delightful..but most importantly …their customer service department is fantastic. I had a problem with the delivery and this past Saturday and Sunday, they acknowledged my emails…yes..working on the weekends..you guys and gals are the best..thank you for all your correspondence…I’m about to pour myself a glass 🍷🍷

Ordered 5 days ago and still hasn't shipped. You say it's a supplier's issue but it didn't mention that when I was ordering. I wanted it for a gathering i am having and now have nothing. I will have to go out and spend more money now. You shouldn't sell something you do not have. Very disappointed 😞
