Grand le Mar Stockholm har fantastisk service och kunskapsrika anstatta. Kundservice är raska och hjälper en med allt man behöver. Jag bor i Oslo önskade och speciall sy ett par byxor att dom skulle var mer slim och mer lik ett annat par. Det var inga frågor. Dom bara fixade med engång. Väldigt förnöjd.

Surprised how poor the customer service was in the new store located at Hamngatan in Stockholm. I’ve been a customer for many years now and made several M2M orders. It was therefore a bit chocking how uninterested and unhelpful one of the staff member was. Close to rude. Really hope that the M2M order will be good because the service was definitely not.

Fast shipping, extraordinary quality

Amazing products, fit and quality.

I've generally been happy with the quality of Grand Lè Mar's products, and I want to be fair in saying that overall the craftsmanship is good. Mistakes do happen, even with good brands.

However, my experience with their customer service around this has left me disappointed. I purchased a pair of trousers that have now torn twice in the same spot. When I reached out, customer service acknowledged the tear but explained that since the trousers are about a year old and the damage is in a "high friction area," they were not willing to offer a refund or further compensation beyond a goodwill gesture of 25 euros.

I understand wear and tear is a factor with any garment, but personally, I expect trousers at this price point to hold up better than a year, especially without any unusual or excessive use. A recurring tear in the same location suggests to me that the fabric or stitching in that area simply isn't durable enough for the price.

I'd still consider other products from this brand, but this experience has made me more cautious about how they handle quality issues after the first year.

Wonderful clothes especially the pants

Finally a firm which manufactures proper pants with a proper and classy silhouette and cut, something you hardly see nowadays . The drape is excellent and the "extra wide fit" the cheff kiss (which sort of reminds me to AskOkey), as well as other details such as side adjusters. Only inconvenience I get to come up with is their stock problem, which can result tedious when your size is out of stock. Free shipping is highly appreciated!
