Love my chair. Saleswoman was very good

this is based on ther fact that grand has responded to the issues about my new desk i bought there. i have had a repairman here twice and now am waiting for parts to come in and be installed

I love your furniture because it holds up well, I tell everyone to shop Grand over Ashley's Home furniture because they sell junk !! We bought our 14 year old granddaughter a bedroom set there about 5 years ago and she weighed maybe 85 pounds and the bed rails broke twice on her. They sent new bed rails and my husband put it back together only for it to fall apart again so he had to screw it together for it to work. I'll never buy from anyone except Grand in Harrisonburg AGAIN !!!

We have had such good experiences with Grand both this visit and previous ones. We LOVE our newest piece of furniture! We will only purchase from Grand now. Others don't have the quality or great customer service!

I shopped at Grand, then visited other stores in the area to compare. Grand has the best prices, the best customer service and the greatest selection. My furniture was delivered quickly and I am very happy with my purchase.

Took way to long to get order in stock. 60 + days after I paid in full

Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and spent tons of time with us. Ther sofas have been delivered and we are happy with them.

Wonderful. Caring salesperson. I put my trust in them to help me find the best furniture and mattresses for me and my family.

We have waited on 2 cushions to be exchanged for almost a month and a half. Only when we finally called to check on them did we find out that they were never ordered. The mattress we bought had to be exchanged due to a big hump in it. Sure wish I could get some of my money back. Oh well guess it will all be ok.

My Home was in the Flood back on June 23rd in White Sulphur Springs
so I had to get a few things that I lost and still need more but will buy as money allows but the Gentleman who helped me was Jim Brown in the Lewisburg, WV Store and he did such an excellent job.

My furniture shopping is always a great experience. The staff is helpful and nice.

Bought 2 couches and a recliner. Leather is coming off. I believe I was sold this furniture as true leather and it turned out to be some kind of blend
