I ordered a refurbished Garmin Instinct 2 watch from GPS Nation this past week and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from them the same day. My payment had been flagged as suspicious due to differing billing and delivery addresses I believe.
We chatted and it eventually went through just fine and my watch was delivered 3 days earlier than expected! Amazing customer service.

I hadn't heard of this company before so was a little wary but it had great reviews and have a few friends who had purchased from them with no issues.

I'll definitely consider them in the future thanks to the quality of the product, speedy shipping, professional packaging, and the great communication and customer service. If you're considering trying them, try them!

Great customer service.. I messaged Gpsnation with questions about the Zumo XT2 I purchased from them. They were quick to reply, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I've had my Garmin Instinct for 2-3 years, originally purchasing it used from GPSNATION.com. It worked flawlessly until recently when the battery finally started to give out – understandable considering its age, and certainly not a reflection on GPSNATION. I decided to use their trade-in program and was pleasantly surprised by the offer they made on my old Instinct. I then used that store credit to buy another used device from them, seamlessly continuing my Garmin experience. I recommend checking them out for their used devices and their excellent trade-in program.

I ordered a Garmin Enduro watch from GPS Nation last Thursday, it arrived on Monday having came from California USA, amazing! The watch was exactly as described- brand new - very happy with it. Great service.

I ordered a refurbished VivoActive 3 watch. It arrived in perfect condition and worked well. I decided to return it because the heart rate was inconsistent (the VivoActive 4 appears to have upgraded the heart rate detection). I asked for help to return it and they sent a USPS postage paid label via email within a day. Great customer service!! Thank you.

I purchased twice from them. The first time (2017) I ordered a Garmin GPS and it was shipped quickly. The second time I placed an order for a Brother Laser Printer (2019). The printer never shipped. I spent days trying to get a hold of them to find out the status. I tried cancelling the order, but the only way is to speak to someone. They hardly ever answer their phones. It was a really bad experience.

The most terrible service in the world, not only did it take more than 2 days to process the order, they also did not answer the phone and did not answer anywhere at all, in the end I was told that the witnesses could not process my transaction, the worst store in the world, I do not recommend the service and the system is just awful!!
