Absolutely excellent service
Needed to confirm a colour match for my bike frame, which was damaged by the local bike shop. Received a reply within minutes, and the product was shipped next day.
If only my local bike shop had the same service!

Great service
Didn't have an of the shelf colour for a child's Vitus bike but excellent service from Nathan who searched for alternatives and ultimately recommended a colour match kit. Colour match will be the best I can make it, but only covering a small chip so no concerns. Communication and service was excellent.

Hi David, apologies your having trouble with the colour, did you contact us regarding this issue, please?
I see you bought the Oryx Grey in the Vitus range, Vitus have two colours with the same name, both called Oryx Grey but one says Dark. It looks to me as if you only have the one, we normally send the Oryx Grey out in pairs to save any confusion.
I'll send out another tomorrow for you.

Sent a photo of bike colour that was required, then spoke with an advisor who stated what was needed and how to mix paint to get the touch up colour. Service was fast and friendly.

Really excellent attention
Really excellent attention. I had a little email query before ordering which was answered by return. Ordering was very easy - very good and clear web site along with excellent communication. The paint I wanted came very quickly indeed - Royal Mail were also first class. And the paint was a perfect match for a small chip. You really couldn’t ask for more - many thanks for the impressive service.
