Excellent service from Andy the Managing Director who personally responded to an enquiry for a paint match for my son's Specialized bike. He sent a selection of paints which enabled me to get a very good colour match.

Good paint, great customer service

Frog bike touch up paint. Quick delivery.

This is a tiny touch up kit and expensive however it was the only one recommended by the cycle manufacturer. The colour wasn’t even close to the bike (I thoroughly mixed the paint) - this didn’t change after leaving it to thoroughly dry. I can’t recommend this product.

UPDATE: this merchant repeatedly refused to cooperate, to listen and has refused to send a replacement product or raise and issue with royal mail (which only he can do). I have had to raise the issue with my bank and I know I'll get the refund but as you can see from the director of this company, he has lied, personally insulted me and refused to be professional. I've offered to change my review and asked him to be more professional several times, instead he just posts my personal details about my name, where I live and about my home below. I explained to him more than once there are instructions on my royal mail account and on the "wooden box" in question informing the post man where to securely leave any mail, but as you can see below, that was (yet again) ignored. All I wanted was a pot of pretty expensive paint which I paid for. I'm not the only ones who've had issues too apparently but that doesn't make it any better tbh. I'm not having the best of time and just came out of hospital, no one deserves to be treated like this just because they chose to buy your product.

Just got called a huge idiot for leaving my honest review of my experience so far. Said he offered to replace the item I didn't receive but then went back on that offer calling me a "huge idiot", because I left a review that reflected my experience of not recieving any product and not having any response from my email. Had either of those two things been handled my review would be totally different. Totally willing to change this review post and apology and an actually product that I paid for. Which I doubt will happen. Seems I'm not the only one who had to deal with inappropriate behaviour from the managing director.

Took a week to arrive (which I felt was a bit slow). Do not think the paint is great.

The product is great quality. I used it to red-letter my bowls. I emailed G-Paint to see if this would work. They replied within 24 hours positively. I'm really pleased with the result. My bowls look like new.

Very quick response to my paint required for a Mondraker bike which was scratched. Good colour match makes it now almost invisible and brushes supplied with the paint .highly recommend!
