Honestly cannot rate them highly enough - such amazing service! They are so helpful!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

I have been with them since 2022. Gowin Accountants Ltd in Basingstoke is a great choice. They’re straightforward, easy to talk to, and always ready to help without the usual confusing jargon. Whether it’s tax or advice on company accounts, they keep things clear and simple. Plus, they’re quick to respond and genuinely want to see your business do well. It feels like having a reliable partner who’s got your back every step of the way.

Asked for advice about whether I should do a self return or form an LLC as I have a normal job and work on the side.

Accountant said I should form an LLC for tax purposes. I asked are you sure and she was so confident that she was helping me. Once I paid everytime I would call she was on holiday. The owner of the company called and I thought he was serious but he kept asking for money to be paid. I used ChatGPT and it told me I was better off filing a self assessment rather than forming an LLC. In conclusion, I did not save any money, made the accountant more money and wasted a lot of time. They also charged me £250 for a self assessment which I could’ve done in an hour and for free. They misguided and lied and customer service was shit.
