After my Accountant of 16 years suddenly passed away ,
Was quite a panic with me putting off my accounts for processing and submission to HMRC,
Phoned Jason invited me along to his office the same day ,
Where I met him and the Gentleman called Lewis who he works alongside ,
Had a reassuring attitude of we will get this sorted by the 31st of January and they filed it in perfect time of the coming deadline
Even though I could see they were extremely busy ,
Still found time to assist me and showed me how they work ,

Jason and the team are super efficient, more than half the price of my previous accountant, and their submissions portal and whatsapp service is so easy. I wish I’d made the change sooner. My Mum and my sister are now with Short & Sons too.

Really disappointed with the service provided, communication was poor - providing and giving information via WhatsApp with little guidance (the bit I thought I was paying for) resulted in me nearly paying £4,000 extra in tax.... once error was spotted and corrected, no apology or admitting their part in the error. Would not recommend.

I needed to sort out my CGT and these guys were more than happy to help. I was able to go in and see them very soon after making contact and the service I got was excellent. I highly recommend.

This is my second year of using this great service. It is very easy to use. Communication is great too. By email or WhatsApp. I used WhatsApp to supply Jason with my details. I also used the generic form. The cost of this service is very reasonable too. It’s a swift and precise service. Now I have peace of mind knowing my tax return has been submitted early. Fully recommended.
