Linda was able to help me get a Vietnam visa 15 minutes before I had to leave for my flight. They took payment with a credit card and they provided me with an emergency visa to get on my flight and had someone meet me at the airport to complete the process. It totally saved a multi-thousand dollar trip that was non-refundable. I hope I don’t need them again, but I’m glad they were able to help me.

This company over charged is for last minute visas $1200 Candiqn dollars and although I requested multiple entry only did a single entry! Yesterday evening when we tried to to return to Vietnam for the last leg of our journey before heading home we were turned away and when I reached out to this company even after the huge expense they told me I had not requested multiple entry and that we would have to pay again (again $1200) but that they could not help me at the time as it was too late! Be aware they are a tip off and will leave you stranded I have already reported them to google as well which they laughed at because apparently they are about the law!

Emergency Vietnam Visa Assistance
On departing from Singapore to Vietnam, the check-in staff refused my visa - somehow it had been issued with one letter missing from my surname. I contacted, via WhatsApp, the number on the govt visa website and got through to Jasmine of Go Vietnam Visa. I had to pay a high price for a new emergency visa, but Jasmine communicated with me constantly until an emergency visa was issued. A representative then met me at the landing visa area in Hanoi and assisted me in downloading the visa on my phone so that I had no problems entering Vietnam. The help was efficient and invaluable. Highly recommended.

Outstanding
The service provided was outstanding and govietnamvisa.com actually saved us from missing our flights and our first day of holiday. Upon realising my visa was still being processed and, therefore, unable to board our flight from Depansar, we jumped online and found their last minute visa service. We sent them my passport photo, flight details, personal info, paid and within a minute they contacted me via Whatsapp. In less than 15min I had a document that allowed to board the plane. When I arrived in Hanoi a company staff member was waiting for me to clear immigration and I was actually faster than my partner who didn’t need a visa to enter the country. Outstanding service which allowed to start our holiday on the right foot in the end.
