OMG guys. We arrived at the airport not knowing we needed a visa for Vietnam. Picture this, the final check in for flights was in 45 minutes. We were stressing out. Last minute visa
We didn’t realise how long the Visa takes for Vietnam and also didn’t realise that the immigration office was closed from the 1st-4th January so we were very stressed that we wouldn’t be able to get our Visa in time and would have to cancel our holiday but luckily we found these guys and they helped us sort it out in just 15 minutes! Customer service was amazing and even though I called them a lot because I was stressing, they were always very calm and answered all of my questions. We paid extra for them to meet us after we landed to help us with getting our visa on arrival and also to go straight through immigration without having to wait in lines which was well worth the extra money. Overall I’m happy with the service and definitely recommend for people needing last minute visas!
