I cancelled my application with this recruitment agency because they were asking questions about my medical history and if I have been bankrupt? I told them that goes against the Disability Act and Privacy Act and I don't want to represent for a company who is looking for candidates for their clients who have no medical history or has a history of financial debt. When I asked why they would want to know if I have a debt history? She explained to me some of her clients feel they don't want to take on new candidates who's focus is only on money. Also they wanted a live Facetime interview to see what I look like? and this consultant was a 20+ something so I felt very judged for my appearance. This is the worst recruitment agency I have ever encounter! and would never recommend their services to no one. - Just saying!
