Cornwall Garden Shop Anmeldelser

Beautiful real Christmas tree delivered promptly. Very happy with the service😊Thank you.

Excellent service & quick delivery.
Very poorly packaged though, half the box was open on receipt so surprised it got here intact, and was surprised at the lack of care regarding packaging.

Gift vouchers very easy to order online and received by post within a week. Excellent service. This is the second time I've gifted vouchers and they are always greatfully received.

Got what I wanted as quickly as I wanted and it was delivered the following day
What more could you ask?

Website allowed me to order and pay for an item that was out of stock. Very disappointed as the item was a gift. Refunded next day but annoying it wqs able to happen.

order was misplaced but Simon sorted it and my parcel was delivered proptly and safe just as advertised very pleased

Lovely local company doing quality goods, a real credit to them

Lovely garden centre. Nothing to much trouble. Plants are excellent and so are the staff. The check out assistant Kathryn always has a laugh with us with a cheerful demeanor. Excellent all round.

Took longer to arrive than expected. Tracking was not updated, even after I downloaded the Shop app as requested. When the vouchers did finally arrive, they were dirty and not very nice to present as a gift for someone. Wouldn't buy again.

Quick and secure delivery of the voucher I ordered.

Well packaged, with a thank you note hence the review.

Easy to find what I needed. Super fast delivery.

Cornwall Garden Shop offers a decent shopping experience with a variety of garden products. While deliveries are usually smooth, occasionally issues arise, such as delays or packaging mishaps. Customer service is mixed—sometimes responsive, other times slower. Overall, a good option for garden enthusiasts, but improvements in communication and handling are needed to ensure more consistent quality. ⭐⭐⭐

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Well packed.

Website easy to navigate and prompt service, recieved voucher in time that was stated. Regards

Delivered very quickly, good quality products will order from this supplier again.

I bought vouchers for my daughter in law for Xmas. I chose physical vouchers that arrived promptly and were in an attractive envelope.

Great garden centre, massive variety of goods, lovely cafe, plenty of parking.
I’ve just purchased vouchers online which was easy and they arrive fast. Highly recommended

Fast delivery of a beautiful Christmas tree!

Easy and quick to buy even for a 64 year old! I’ve visited these shops and they’re brilliant. My aunt lives nearby so a great present for her as she meets her friends there for coffee !
