Due to the heavy traffic at the moment around the A30, I ordered garden vouchers on line for a birthday gift. I was advised by Simon that some stock was going to come from Goonhavern and some from Chacewater which may take a day extra to get to me. Such a pleasure to talk to someone who is genuinely interested in customer service. The vouchers came all safe and as promised. Thank you.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as I wished to purchase a gift voucher for a friend. She suggested I could buy a nation one or an own one. I chose the national but was a bit peeved to find I had to pay £2.95 postage when I could have purchased a National one at my local garden centre in London. The voucher came after 5 days.

The guy who delivered my items was extremely nice, pleasant. Great customer service 👍. I go to goonhavern when I can, but due to illness I struggle. It was so nice to get a delivery with a good service. Thank you so much

Speed of delivery was very impressive. Item was well wrapped. Would definitely recommend.

Went to buy a bench and the quality of the first one was terrible.
Second one, some of the parts were put on wrong, so nuts would not fit.

3rd one, as we noticed putting it together had splits in some parts of the wood. At that point, we gave up and just put the rest together.

Would not buy furniture from there again.
Amazon it is in future.

Great item and so reasonably priced. Had previously bought these from a well known diy shop at nearly twice the cost. Arrived quickly and would definitely recommend them.

i ordered 7 seed trays that was all they had in stock only 6 got here but that,s ok they in good condition but the box that they come in was in a bad way porbs the delivery people, would buy again from Cornwall Garden Shop

Good product - easy to order. Delivered on time

Customer service was excellent. When I emailed to query where my order was, I got an immediate reply (on a Sunday!) followed up by a phone call the next day. The problem was sorted straight away. Only awarding four stars as the order seemed to have 'got lost' somewhere along the way.

The driver was pleasant & efficient. Despite terrible wet weather, he put all the bags of compost into the garage for me.

Simon very kindly wrote a Mother’s Day card for me and posted the voucher so that my mum got it before Mothers Day, top service!

Had an email saying PART of my order was being refunded without telling me what wasn’t available for me to order it elsewhere!

Once I knew that different areas were delivered different days,all good,especially as they were hand delivered.
